Booked an appointment, and received a reminder call - which is great, as sometimes these things can slip your mind. Arrived and was greeted by the owner, Virginia who immediately put me at ease with her easy going manner. Chrystal was the RMT, and have to say she provided a truly awesome massage. It was so good, I booked another one, and have now been there a total of three times. Chrystal asks about the areas needing treatment, and delivers a great massage with the right amount of pressure. The environment itself is very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend THE INNER YOU to anyone looking for a great massage, by a great RMT.

Hailey Mitchell: Krystle creates a wonderful rejuvenating experience through her reiki energy healing. She sets the tone by including aroma therapy, music therapy and crystal energy healing to her sessions. A beautifully decorated space with an all around feel good vibe. The reiki session is very powerful with the use of energy clearing and grounding techniques. You leave feeling energetically lighter after this healing session and Krystle even offers a debriefing post session to go over any areas of importance during the session. Kelly Morgan: With new 'exercise environments'I tend to be fairly anxious. But I've been to 10 classes in the past month. The warm yoga really calms me, and it gives instant anxiety relief.The team at Circle are really kind and approachable.
Pearlie: I can’t say enough good things about Circle Studios. The studio offers a very relaxed atmosphere, is spotless, and cozy. The front desk staff are lovely, and all of the instructors are absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I also really like the variety of classes and levels - the perfect mix of challenging and restorative. I am so thankful hot yoga is available in a studio like this in Hamilton. Cate Kotecki: I love coming to Circle Studios! I decided to purchase the 30 Day Introductory Offer and tried many classes including Pilates, Hot Yoga, Warm Vinyasa Flow and Warm Gentle Hatha Yoga. It was my first time practicing yoga at a studio and every instructor was so kind, encouraging and helpful. The place was also very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone.

I was hesitant at first because I have tried hot yoga and wasn’t a big fan but I came to this studio primarily for the hot Pilates and wow have I been blown away. Even though it seems hard as you are doing it, it’s very motivating and you always want to come back. The instructors push you but are very encouraging and everyone is so welcoming. Jackie is amazing and remembers every students name even if it’s your first time. You definitely have to try this studio because you will fall in love with it.

She is so genuine and you can tell she really cares about her customers. Their prices are extremely fair. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Heather was quick to help me out with any questions I had and had such a calm energy around her. I also got some puppy love from her German shepherd pup Nova! I will definitely be going back there for the crystals, knowledge and of course Nova.
