Sara Chaput: This 5 star review is for Dr.McGill. I have had a less than great experience with this clinic and many doctors within it. Before Dr.McGill I would have given a 1 star. He is the first doctor that my husband and I felt cared about his patients, truly cared. He goes above and beyond for his patients and never makes you feel like a burden and never judges you, which in my experience is a big one. He is an example of becoming a doctor for the right reasons. If only all family practitioners took a page out of his book the system would be that much better for it. Thank you Dr. McGill for being such a wonderful doctor!

katie: I can’t speak for the other doctors here as i haven’t had experience with them, but I wanted to leave a review for Dr. Mcgill and his care team. they are always attentive and go above and beyond to help their patients. I was used to being failed by the medical system, but Dr. Mcgill and Dr. Henry He always make me feel cared for, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and that I feel comfortable coming to them with anything. I’ve never felt dismissed or like a burden while under their care, they are professional doctors while still showing you they’re human and care about your issues.I think a lot of people don’t like that this is a teaching facility which means you don’t always get seen by the same doctor, if you aren’t comfortable with that I suggest finding a different clinic because this is definitely the case, but I personally like it because it helps them be able to see more patients. they do have access to your whole chart too so they can see your whole medical history and they’re trained to not make you explain everything every time. 10/10 I highly reccomend this clinic!

Barb Sonier: I recently joined MFP and am surprised to see so many poor reviews. I’ve had nothing but good experiences there. I have multiple health issues and each has been addressed thoroughly. I never feel rushed or ignored. I’ve seen a resident as well as my primary GP and have no complaints, it’s a learning facility and the team coordinates which can be beneficial.Front desk staff has always been friendly. I have had to wait to get through on the phone but find that’s the norm with most clinics, the online booking option has been great.Charges not covered by OHIP such as sick notes, insurance/disability documents etc..charges are more than fair and much less than many charge.I’d like to add I work in the community and support many individuals to medical appointments and this clinic is definitely one of the best, IMO

Steve Chalastra: I just noticed to my surprise that the average Google rating for MFP is 2.7. I've had nothing but exemplary service from my assigned doctor. This is a case of averages not meaning much because most reviews are either 5-star or 1-star, and the latter seem to be typically about phone time on hold or rudeness. Yes, you're going to wait a while if you need to call but given the number of patients at the practice and what's going on with the health system in this province, be realistic! You can also get an appointment through the online booking system. And I've never been treated with anything other than helpfulness and politeness.

Jolee G. MacDonald: Best providers I’ve ever had. They have all sorts of health programs and services. What’s so great about it is the fact that they use collaboration by teaching residents. So they can become great doctors. Collaborating brilliant minds is much better than only one. I feel that my needs and concerns are addressed and I’m never rushed they take the time to really listen to you. There is also a social navigator there to help you with different things such as legal, employment, financial, housing. Amazing work

Julia Verhaeghe: We've had very positive experiences with MFP over the past few years. The front desk staff have always been friendly and accommodating. The wait times are low, the medical teams are professional and knowledgeable. It's easy to get same-day appointments for urgent matters. And what's super convenient is the after hours doctor. We've had to use this service a few times and it has kept us out of the urgent care centre. It's true you will not see your doctor every visit, you may see a resident instead, but that hasn't been a problem for us. The nurse practitioners are also amazing. Highly recommended!

Aly Bailey: I feel very lucky to have a doctor during a doctor shortage crisis across the country. Dr. Amie Davis is fabulous! She is kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and very considerate. She's just also very busy. Her residents are often quite good and more often available, but sometimes you'd rather see your doctor. Overall, my experiences here have been good. It's just hard to get an appointment at times.

Field Honky: , there is almost always an available resident doctor or NP on hand within a day or a couple of days max. They have always been so kind and very thorough. This clinc is wonderful, and I am so glad to be able to be a patient here. Thank you to ALL the folks here who do such a great job for your patients, it is so appreciated and respected.

Calyn Nelson: I see Dr. Lam, and she is an incredibly patient and compassionate physician. I've had equally positive experiences with her team of residents, as well. In addition, I have had to use the on-call service a couple of times and the after-hours docs are always responsive and helpful.Our family has been so lucky to have Dr. Lam and Stonechurch.

Laurianne Munezero: is a life saver. My only recommendation is letting us know if the physicians are listed in order of availability, I tried to go back once, but went too far and started over. I'm happy with my choice because I believe Kimberly used to help me out a lot back in the day. Dr. Ivanyi is of course the best, but I was tempted to go with Porscha, with all the rest really. You should also re-introduce the mandates of each discipline and what they do because it's not always clear, the student may have surpassed the teacher, and experience does matter a lot. Actually forget that because this was streamlined and easy, if I had not been busy trying to select an earlier date as well.

Danzo DaManzo: Showed up, checked in. Waited less than 10 mins. Saw the doctor for 3, walked 30ft to the pharmacy, 5 mins later walked out with prescription. Less than 20 minutes from time I arrived till I departed. Efficient!
