Nasir M: Since it's become a habit order online, It was after while that I had to visit an electronic store for a quick shopping. Wanted to buy a gaming laptop for my kid. We found what we were looking for in less than 15 minutes but took 30 minutes to wait for a in-store representative to pull the the item out for us. Store wasn't busy there were barely some shopper at that time. Still waiting that long was kinda annoying.
Hamilton Guy: Today I went to this Best Buy location to drop off some old electronic equipment. I was greeted at the door by Will; he was very friendly and had a genuine desire to help. I had quite a bit of equipment to bring in, so he came out to my car and helped me to bring it all in! I was very impressed with the service, especially considering that I wasn't buying anything. This is why I regularly shop at this Best Buy. My only advice; hire more people like Will!

They were able to adhere to my complication fix the issue, no hassle free and with a great smile and attitude, I strongly recommend bestbuy at stone church because they're customer care and priority I felt was the most important thing to them. Keep up the good work and I will be back soon for any of my electronic needs. Ps Maha and Chris were amazing

She was professional, polite, and saved me time looking all over the store. In the span of 5-10 minutes she helped me, placed the order, and manned the front of the store. Great multi tasker.
