mitraa tehranii: After a few years, I returned to get some massage and physical therapy. I was surprised to see the friendly and warm new staff. Jennifer is the receptionist, Natalie is the massage therapist and Nick is the physiotherapist . They are very knowledgeable and professional in their work. They patiently answer all my health questions. Also, the environment is very beautiful, clean and welcoming. I feel great every time I use their services. I highly recommend this excellent health clinic.

M Y R A: Limeridge Physiotherapy is the best physiotherapy clinic I have ever been to. I was a patient for around 2 months, and attended therapy twice a week. Each time I was greeted with a friendly smile and genuine conversation by receptionist Divia, and later, Jennifer. My physiotherapist, Nick, was also very friendly, understanding and no question of mine was left unanswered. The therapy itself was quite comprehensive and I'm in a much better state now then when I had my first appointment. Thank you limeridge physiotherapy!

He took his time to examine me, and he constantly told me that everything is gonna be OK, I appreciate Nick, so much until today. He has done so much and he has taught me so much. Thank you for all you have been for me.I had a great opportunity to have a session with Natalie Szabo, Massage Therapist. She is so incredible with massage therapy and her constant positivity I really affected me in such a positive way.. So worth it as much as I wish no one has an accident or has an injury. After 4 weeks of treatment and home exercise I can walk for blocks pain free and I can stand for long periods of time. Kaitlyn Schmidt: I sprained my ankle at the end of June and found tasks as simple as walking upstairs painful a month later. After visiting anika and shawn for 6 weeks of physio, I’m back to living a pain free life. I was given many different exercises to help strengthen my ankles to heal the injury and ensure in the long term I do not experience a sprain again.

The staffs even from the front desk and every staff who worked on me were so hospitable and pleasant. I had the opportunity to get to know few of the physiotherapists and every one were well experienced and knowledgeable and good listeners they heard me and paid attention to my problem areas and helped me recover better. My every visit was on time and never delayed. I appreciate each staff who worked on me to recover and the amount of dedication they have to wards the client. She taught me exercises and provided treatment that helped resolved those issues quickly. She also helped me treat my blocked ducts. She is knowledgeable and very caring. She makes each session fun and enjoyable while also productive. I have recommended her to all the women that I know who have urinary incontinence issues because I trust her.

Shelby Selke: I was referred to Westmount Physio by my doctor. I had plantar fasciitis in both feet after an ankle break, I could hardly walk. This was my first time at physiotherapy and I was a little skeptical beginning-unsure of what could be done to help. I started treatment with Ash Bhatt and he was absolutely amazing! He is soooo knowledgeable and knew exactly how to treat me. He’s very thorough and explains everything in a way you can understand. He also offers several different treatment methods depending on your goals and comfort level. After suffering for over 6 months, with Ash’s treatment, my very painful plantar fasciitis was healed within 6 weeks. I will definitely be returning for any Physiotherapy needs.

Darlene Van Arragon: Elizabeth, the physiotherapist, is a magician helping me to get back on track after a car accident. She is inquisitive, a good listener, and has a no nonsense, pragmatic way about her that I appreciate. The others help with stretches and exercises which is helpful and the receptionists are friendly and book sessions around work and kids' schedules. They do direct billing which solves another headache. Highly recommend this place!

Deborah M: In February, 2020, I fell and broke my right arm and wrist in 2 places while ice skating.I started going to a physiotherapist and then the pandemic started. I was told that I could no longer have in-person physiotherapy sessions. After 3 weeks, I started having virtual physiotherapy sessions with Elizabeth at CBI, Hamilton - Upper James. I was skeptical at first as I didn’t think that these sessions would help me regain the use of my hand, wrist and arm.Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She was very confident that I would be able to return to work full time if I performed the exercises that she showed me how to do, virtually.I’m happy to say that I was able to recover fully and return to work full time within a few months.Elizabeth knows exactly what to do and she encouraged me every step of the way.I highly recommend Elizabeth and CBI for their physiotherapy program.

Jim Miles: This is Rosemary Miles. I am a Registered Nurse and I had a very, very painful pulled muscle in my back and a pinched nerve in my groin, which sent me to the ER. Terrible pain. My family doctor said it was sciatica and gave me a bunch of pain pills, anti inflammatory and nerve pain pills, which helped a little, but had the usual side effects - drowsy, dizzy, constipated..went to see the physiotherapist Elizabeth who is incredible! Did a full assessment and discovered it is my L4 nerve that’s been damaged. Also did great exercises and traction moves with me and taught me how to do them at home. Saw an immediate wonderful improvement! She is experienced and thorough and wise. I can’t say enough about how amazing she is and how grateful I am to have found her through a family member recommendation.

Glen's World & Stuff: So a little over a year ago I had a car accident nothing serious but would get sharp pains in my knee. My insurance company directed me here. I was treated by Elizabeth and looked after in the gym primarily by Matt but on occasion Robert as well as well as message therapy from Kim. But honestly there wasn’t a single member of this staff that isn’t just awesome. Great sense of humour always laughing and having a good time with each other and patients making you always feel like you are part of their family. It made the work of getting better enjoyable and I was actually sad when it was over.Ironically almost a year and a month later I have a minor rib and muscle injury at work and when the doctor told me I had to have physio again I knew exactly where I wanted to go and will always want to go. So here I am again. This time being treated by Lisa who is fairly new their herself and she fits in just great. Robert and Matt again taking care of me in the gym and everyone who I delt with last year even the ladies at the reception and booking desk who are still there remembered who I was and my name. These guys are awesome and I can’t say enough good things about them. And I probably should especially Matt because it’s fun to give him a hard time but he takes it for what it is. Just friendly jabber.Last thing I should mention is my knee from last year not only got better thanks to these people but it actually even to this day feels better then it has in years. It’s the same leg I had an injury on on high school over 20 years ago and I don’t even feel that anymore. As for this recent injury, it is still fairly recent so I am still a little uncomfortable at times but already feels a million times better then it did and I’m only a little over a week into treatment.

emily anger: I just completed my 6 month physiotherapy treatment at this clinic after having surgery on my hip to repair a Labrum tear and an osteoplasty. The service was amazing, I went in there not being able to walk to coming out being able to run again. This surgery and the Physio service I received from this clinic gave me my life back! They were always running on time and they truly cared about my recovery and reaching the goals layed out by my surgeon. The receptionist is very welcoming and kind. Overall this place welcomed me and made it a comfortable place to complete my recovery.

I never tried Physio before till this year and I never knew how badly tense my neck and shoulders were and what lead to the pains and "cracking" noise I have been hearing for 2 years. Sandeep has a good grasp of physiology and explained it to me in simple terms how the muscle groups there worked and why I was hearing a noise every time I turned my neck. Thanks again!
