4worldlovers: Katie’s photos took took us through a journey - we have one that make us laugh - catching parts of the party we missed. Photos that have made us cry filled with raw emotion. Photos that literally look like they’re from a magazine and others that are just plain artistic and out of the ordinary. We have a range of photos that tell the story of our day in a very raw and powerful way. The posing is limited and Katie was able to capture all the in between moments that reflect sincerity - the moments just before a kiss, that gesture in your face that tells it all - laughs & looks, etc. Thanks to Katie I have photos I can cry, laugh and reminisce with. Some have even touched me and my family members deeply. And the editing - her style is uncommon. The colours are amazing. Finally, as a human being , Katie is joy in human form. Emily Dunn: I decided to bite the bullet and book a boudoir shoot for my 30th birthday. This also doubled as a gift for my husband's birthday. I wanted to remember who I used to be, and who I will become by getting out of my comfort zone. This experience was more than I could have expected. What really drew us in is that she is based in Hamilton and makes it look like a completely different place on earth, almost like magic. We also really loved her mood/tone to her pictures. The couples and people in her pictures, do not look staged and they look very raw, natural and candid. We knew that for our big day, we wanted someone that would be able to capture us candidly, since we can get very awkward when pictures feel staged. Katie's work is very edgy, romantic and movie-like. Jenna Bye: Lovely owners who accommodated a last minute charity shoot. The space was lovely, large and had tons of variety for different shoots. The natural lighting was really lovely between 1-3.Hard to find signs to know you're there, but it was right across from the Shaun & Eds Brewery!

Featherstone Music: Millworks Creative is a dream of a space to work from! I rent the community space for a very low monthly cost and sitting on conference calls with a beautiful and artsy landscape behind you sparks some great conversations! The space is quiet and Danielle is extremely flexible and generous to make sure renters are happy. It's nice to work with like-minded people, have a quick chat, drink some coffee and then get back to it. Lovely large space full of life and art!
