Dorothy Fromkansas: Incredible Doctor. Kind, compassionate, listens, offers advice, solutions and alternatives. Brilliant man. I am so lucky to have him as my Doctor. Odd Mama: Dr. Costescu is a hero in our family! Sometimes you get the chance to meet a rare, beautiful, kind, smart, funny and aware soul. My 13 year old daughter needed help. She needed a surgery that we were having so much trouble finding someone to preform for her. She was scared and in pain and he helped her. He looked her in her eyes and he listened. He assured her and he talked to her like she mattered so much to him. And then he performed her surgery and healed her! We are so grateful!Thank you Dr. Costescu

Victoria Forges: Had Dr Small for over 30 years. He was always patient, kind, concerned and very funny with his deadpan humor. I will miss him immensely. Hard to find doctors who actually care these days.
Jessica Tran: Absolutely adore Dr. Small! Had both my kids with him. He always answered all of my questions and concerns, whether they were silly or not.
Joanna Zoric-Morris: The best OBGYN doctor ever. I honestly miss being pregnant and having my appointments with him. I looked forward to them because he was funny, so very kind, considering and compassionate and being a first time mom at the time, eased my nerves. Dr. Small rocks!

She was thinking of her patient during the time of her injury, she called me in person to let me know that she can't preform the surgery and asked me if I want her to transfer my form to a doctor of my choice who will preform it for me, or I can wait for her if I want. Libby Shaw: I had a planned c-section with my second baby and it was a great experience with Dr Sciarra.Dr Sciarra is all business, but on the day I was in excellent hands and I was well cared for by the operating team. My recovery was fast and I was up and moving the next day!The admin staff are amazing and accommodating to scheduling appointments. I’m very Thankful to have a positive birth story!

Niamh Baszyl: Was transferred to her care while at McMaster from midwife. She was wonderful. She was with other OB plus midwife then team from neonatal. Was worried about being pushed to C-section but was able to deliver vaginally. Would do it again through Mac.
Barbara Isidore: Dr. Sciarra delivered 3 of our 4 children via csection and in March 2018, God sparing, she will deliver our next bundle. She's an excellent doctor. Friendly and her office staff are very professional.
Kelly Langdon: I loved my experience with Dr. Sciarra and highly recommend her to other expecting mothers as their provider and caregiver. She is very professional but also personable and prompt with her appointment times. Waiting is typically very minimal and the office is kept in good condition. Dr. Sciarra was able to assess that at 39 weeks along my daughter had flipped into the breech position, wherein she immediately informed McMaster to confirm via ultrasound, and then had me scheduled for a C-section at the next available time slot. Dr. Sciarra put my mind at ease leading up to the procedure, as I am a first time mom and had planned on having my daughter naturally, and performed the C-section herself. I had previously heard that Dr. Sciarra is one of the best when it comes to C-sections and I have to admit that she did not disappoint! My incision was stitched up beautifully and I was able to return home after two nights in the hospital. Again, I would definitely recommend her to any other expectant mom and I will of course be going to her again with future pregnancies.
