Santhoshkumar Muthukrishnan: My kids were attending class close to an year and the teachers, management staff really great to work with. Recital tasks helped the kids express their music learnt over the time and helped them out of the stage fear. Tina Mantopoulos: Hamilton School of Music has provided my daughter of many years of enjoyment. In her early years she participated in a program called Kindermusik which provided an introductory into the music world. It was playful and educational. I absolutely loved it and so did she. She than moved onto vocal lessons. She’s been doing that for a few years now. She also is taking piano lessons. Also has been doing that for a few years. She’s had wonderful teachers that have provided the necessary engagement for her to feel confident and to love the learning process. I’m grateful I found this place!

They were also very accommodating with special requests for music. On the day of the wedding, the musicians were on time, and played beautifully! Definitely recommend hiring Bel Canto musicians to add a magical touch to your wedding.
Trudy C: We hired Bel Canto strings for our July 2021 wedding and had an incredible experience. Jennifer and Trina played cello and violin for our ceremony and cocktail hour and it was beyond beautiful! Their music added to the atmosphere of the wedding and made for a unique and special experience for us and our guests. Our guests had many compliments on the music. During the planning process, Jennifer was so easy to get in touch with and discuss options. She was very accommodating to special requests but was also able to create a list of songs based on her recommendations and expertise as we did not have many specific requests. We were only able to meet on a zoom call due to covid, but Jennifer still set up and played violin for me to show what the songs would sound like; she was the only musician I consulted with who did this! Overall, I highly recommend Bel Canto for your wedding or event! Thank you Jennifer and Trina for making our wedding so memorable!

My name is Francine Regaudie-McIsaac. I’m a member of the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) College of Examiners in both piano and theory as well as a member of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers. Music is my passion and I try to instill this love to my students. It’s not about producing concert pianists but developing a life-long love of playing the piano.

Piano lessons vary from 45 minute to 60 minute lessons dependent on the level. All students are welcomed to explore a variety of musical genres in a friendly and positive environment. For those so-inspired students, composing their own is welcomed and encouraged. Students use Royal Conservatory 2015 Piano Series (Preparatory to Level 8) which includes a variety of musical styles as the primary approach. . (Examinations are optional but recommended.) All students learn music theory and sight reading in every lesson. Proper technique and body movement are developed at this stage to avoid serious problems at the advanced levels.
Lessons at this level vary from 60 to 90 minutes. Proper technique is developed at this level if not already achieved. Transfer students are welcome! A rich variety of repertoire is explored to form well-rounded musicians.
*Students at all levels help in the selection of repertoire to study.
Adult lessons are set-up to the needs and taste of each individual, and his/her goals. Perhaps you just want to play for your own enjoyment (always a priority), or build confidence to play for others, or you just want to learn familiar tunes. Perhaps you’ve played for years but want to develop your technique and facility at the piano. Whatever you goals are I can help you!
I successfully prepare students for University and College music program auditions. I provide help with repertoire selection (if necessary), theory requirements or performance skills. I’m familiar with many university and college programs. If you are are considering studying music at the post-secondary level - please contact me for more information.
