Sarah Bellstedt: After I called Jamie and explained that I was worried about mold in my basement, he came by within 20 minutes and patiently walked me through what was going on and how I could deal with it. He really put me at ease by explaining everything thoroughly and managing my expectations. I did not feel at all pressured to hire his team; he gave me a list of things I can do right now to prevent mold. He is a very knowledgeable and kind person, and if I do need his team in the future I will absolutely hire them!

Not every business does proper removal of Asbestos or vermiculite. They have to seal off the area and do an air quality test. Look no further than Metro Contracting. Everyone was professional, on time and thorough. It's like we have a brand new safe home for the kids.

Kristi Grove: Called this company about suspected asbestos flooring and Jamie was able to swing by on his way to another job. He even took a sample with him that day. He submitted it for testing the next business day and we paid for/received expedited results. Luckily it wasn't asbestos, but Jamie was extremely knowledgeable in explaining everything to us, including next steps had it been asbestos. Laura was extremely professional in explaining the results procedure and sending the results right away. I would highly recommend the services of this company. Metro’s staff were friendly, I felt their prices were very competitive, they took safety precautions very seriously, and left my home perfectly clean. Their work gave me great peace of mind!
Maureen H.: I contacted Metro Contract and spoke with Jamie. He was able to come by the house withing hours of my call to look at the basement pipes and to do some asbestos testing. Jamie, with all of his experience, told me that just by a visual inspection he was able to tell me that there was in fact asbestos wrap around some of the pipes and wrote me a letter to that effect. This saved me the $350 for testing, note the cost was higher as I was requesting an expedited testing process, and he did it for free. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and without hesitation I would recommend Metro Contract Management Inc.
