The foundations and steel erection construction period coincided with the brutality of a northern Ontario winter providing some of the harshest possible conditions for this work. SS/SC proved that despite the tough conditions their team on site were committed to completing work that was safety first, well organized and equally importantly cost and schedule transparent with the unavoidable need to heat and hoard as they worked. The result was a scope of work which was completed in an expedient timeframe with, significantly, no lost time injuries. I would certainly consider SS/SC for future work if it this type of scenario again.
