Angela Sanderson: My daughter has been going to lama since September of 2022. Once covid hit I homeschooled her for a couple of years. Someone i know recommended LAMA. From September to present my daughter is a completely different child. She has blossomed and has come out of her shell so so much from going there. She had anxiety in her previous school and getting her to go was always a challenge. She is excited to go to LAMA everyday. Her math was also something she had a hard time with. She has exceled so much since going there that she is now helping other kids in her class. Abigayle Green: When I was in Grades 9 and 10, I was in need of a tutor for math! Before I had even met Nicole, I was struggling so much, and my grades were very low. I had struggled with math so much to the point where it had affected me mentally and affected my work ethic in other classes. This was when both my parents and I knew I needed a tutor. My parents happened to find her card in an office nearby and it was like fate had just appeared! a few weeks later, I started going to LAMA every week to get help in math and not only had my grades improved tremendously, but I was also understanding every piece of material that was given to me and I was enjoying it!!! My granddaughter is in grade 6, she likes what she learns at this center and she enjoys her higher grades.I understood from Florin, the director of the centre, that the materials are updated at the time the curriculum is changed. I appreciate this, as my granddaughter will get help for any topic taught in school, as needed.The fees are reasonable and totally worth it when I see the improvement in her grades.I recommend this tutoring center in Hamilton for parents who want to see improvement in their kid’s school grades and their knowledge as per Ontario curriculum.

He took the program for a couple of years, and he became confident, and the results were simply amazing. Later on, when we moved to Hamilton a few years ago, we started looking for the same program and we were so happy to see that there was actually a centre of the Academy for Mathematics & English opened there. We immediately decided to verify if the core program remained the same as we knew because my son needed some support in his learning process. His future is important, and the education process here doesn’t seem to prepare kids properly for the higher standards that are requested by a high school and a university. We really did not feel like what he is being taught in elementary school would be enough. He actually informed us that he would like to get some tutoring and see what level he is currently at. We are glad that he realized that it will be in his benefit to start this kind of learning journey again 😊. My son improved significantly in a few months in both subjects: Mathematics and English. I think that this is a consequence of an excellent approach to learning. The materials were tailored to my son's needs, which helped him overcome the topics that were a little bit more challenging. I highly recommend this centre/learning method because the learning process starts with a customized learning program for every child. I like this style very much, and I think this is the best way, as each kid has their own struggles at school. The tutors also have a lot of patience and experience. They know how to encourage the kids to push themselves to study, and the results will show up. Last week my son got 4 out of 4 on the English homework. He was so happy, and Florin, the director of Academy for Mathematics & English Centre from Hamilton told me that he shouted as soon as he entered the centre about his achievement. At Mathematics, his improvement was significant as well. His evaluation results increased significantly from the initial ones. Seeing that my son is more confident at school and happy to get such good results, only confirms that we made the right decision to come back and follow the program of the Academy for Mathematics & English.

Masud Nesibu: MacBridge academy has helped me a lot in high school from grade 10 to 12. I saw a significant increase in marks in main courses such as math, physics as well as chemistry. Fela Soyemi: In Hamilton area, I tried a couple of learning centers for my kid before finally settling for Mathnasium. I am of the school of thought that understanding the fundamentals of math is all you need to be able to face any math problems. I enrolled my child at Mathnasium, and since then the confidence my child has had in math all through elementary school to face math problems and also participating in competitive math has been unbelievable. I don't have to commit my time to retutoring my child. Hamilton mathnasium got my back, and l will definitely recommend to all.
