Glen Robins: I've only ever bought parts here, as I do all my own servicing, but I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. Bert's has always had what I needed, and has always given good, friendly advice. Prices are usually a bit higher, but I prefer paying a little more to support small business.

Larry: I needed some Skid Plates for my Sears Snowblower. No one had any. I spoke to several dealers and some had the Right but no left and they were not able to order. I called O'Neils and spoke with Tom. He had the cross reference numbers which he said he had "In Stock". I drove up and he had them ready for me. Great Service and obviously a good supply of parts.
