Nedal Haddad: We re did our entire upstairs and Ambrosio were able to make our dream home a reality. This was a complex project that took several months and with the delays in materials etc. they were able to coordinate and stay on top of everything as best as possible. Carrie Stinson: We hired Ambrosio Construction for a full gut renovation of an historical home in Hamilton. I am a professional Interior Designer and work with General Contractors across the GTHA every day. They are hands down one of the best construction companies I have worked with, and would be thrilled to work with them again on any project in the future.Our house ended up having enormous structural issues that John and his team handled with ease. They helped figure out solutions while trying to maintain as much of the house's original charm and character. This is not easily done! They truly re-built the interior of our home: new roof, beams, siding, floors, hvac, insulation, plumbing, window frames/sills, trim work, custom glass, and tiling. I have a very high standard for finishing and they blew me away with their attention to detail during every phase of this project. This is where Zzone excelled; their “one stop” approach from design to selecting paint colour, fixtures, flooring and tiles in their showroom made it a very enjoyable and efficient experience. Samantha Watson: Zone homes finished a remodel of our main floor bungalow this year. Marco was as honest and upfront with us about the process from the very beginning which was super refreshing and took the time to understand our wants and needs. He is standup! The quality of work completed was excellent. What was really amazing was the pre 3D design provided so we could visualize and conceptualize what the remodel would look like. It was pretty bang on. Marco worked with us to fit our budget and style choice. He works with a great designer Sonya who helped us choose our finishings after explaining what we were looking for- super helpful. Not too pushy and bang on. Marco comes from a family of home builders and redesign and his father did an excellent job helping out with the beam placement from removing a tricky wall!Although some material ended up being unavailable due to unknown shortage or long wait times from covid and our project was delayed than anticipated, the guys and Marco always had a back up strategy or alternative plan. Another contractor could have left us high and dry waiting but because they are so well known in the industry they had solutions.
