Joanne Dyer: Good service, very careful in cleaning up afterwards so that no screws or metal was laying around. Finished the entire job of removing our old door and opener and installing the new one in 3 hours’ time. Arrived on time on both days that he was at our home.
Megan Stewart: I called to get a quote and made an appointment for the next day. David was professional and on time. He quickly and carefully replaced the springs. He was nice to my four-year-old son as he played in the driveway. The cost was slightly less than what I was quoted over the phone.

Within 30 minutes they were at my home, looked at my garage door, assessed the problem and gave me the option of replacing the door or repairing the door. He repaired my door and it hasn't been this quiet and smooth going up and down since it was new. Great job, I would highly recommend them!

Richard Brown: I called at 9 a.m., explained the problem. The technician Michael called when he was 15 minutes away, which was early afternoon the same day. He arrived and promptly got to work. He got the garage door unstuck using some creativity because I had done a real good job getting it stuck when I was trying to fix it myself. After getting it unstuck, he lubricated the rollers and hinges and then made an adjustment to the rails that the rollers utilize. He did this as part of his service call. Door is 14 years old and NEVER worked this smoothly.
Michael Isham: Every service call should go like this. The technician arrived exactly when he was scheduled and called ahead when he was leaving the prior job. He was a professional in his manner and knowledge. He diagnosed the condition, did what he had to do, and demonstrated the operation of the door after servicing it. The price was exactly as quoted in the estimate.
Joseph Maiden: I hired David to come out and change a roller on our garage door as our tenant said the door was catching sometimes. David went out and let me know that the rollers were fine and that he didn't think any work was needed at this time as he couldn't replicate the issue. He did mention some small things that might need attention in the future. I will definitely give Brigs Garage Doors a call when we need service again. Very professional and personable to work with.
