Karen Kiss: Always welcoming street people. They have showers, soap shampoo and toothbrush toothpaste, they give breakfast and lunch so days or lunch and dinner. They have a phone to use, a computer and counselors on site!

Dave Reemore: I just want to say I am overjoyed with the new Resident Managers at 125 Queen Victoria Drive. For years this survey has been neglected and full of garbage and the units were falling apart. The new couple here is amazing. The man is out picking up garbage everyday and the woman is great at calling me to ask about my maintenance issues and getting things done beyond quickly. Thank you Victoria Park for finally having people work for you that CARE about the tenants. Now if they can start getting rid of the problem tenants this place would be perfect.

Kat G: I have lived with Victoria Park Community Homes for 20+ years. I have found management on all levels courteous and professional. Some tenants complaining need to follow protocol like for starters put in a maintenance form to get things done it truly does help! Also you choose to live in a complex you will not get a long with all your neighbours and that is not management's fault so learn to call police first! It is a great place to live and raise your children, I would highly recommend applying for a unit.
