The treatments were amazing, the staff were beyond amazing ++and the lunch was delicious. I can honestly say for the first time ever, I actually felt a level of relaxation never experienced before at any other spa, to the point I actually fell asleep during the massage. My family was shocked as typically I’m high anxiety and high stress at all times. It was truly a miracle I was able to relax to the extent I did. Amazing spa, I will be back!

ChiChi Busia: Let me start off by saying this spa is stunning. The all-white is BEAUTIFUL. Its very clean, the staff are so sweet and respectful. They explain everything and make sure that you are comfortable throughout. Very accommodating! The service itself is 10 out of 10 and I'm conflicted between giving 4 stars or 5. I got a great Groupon that gave me 1 year of unlimited laser treatments on 3 small areas. I made sure to outline that I am a black woman and they ensured that they have a machine for my skin. I went there all of 2022, every 6 to 8 weeks. The results were FANTASTIC. At the end of the year, they gave me the option to pay for additional touch ups for 2023 but I declined because I felt like 1 year should have been enough, and my husband and I wanted to start trying to conceive. While on treatment, the year was great but I wish that the results were a bit more permanent. I loved barely shaving! I get that there are limitations and that this may not be exclusive to DDG but I do hope that one day, the results can be a bit more permanent for those with darker skin. As explained by my last tech, the more melanated the skin is, the more treatments it needs. Perhaps DDG can take into consideration that darker skin will take longer to treat and elongate the offer length accordingly. It just feels like I and others have to pay extra for laser, even after a year, because of darker skin. Again, probably not exclusive to DDG but just a thought.Nevertheless, thank you for your lovely service!

The gentle man on the phone was so helpful, and even asked one of the ladies to come in early so I could get my services done. Ameya Gokhale: Excellent massage. They know the human body really well. The masseuse didn't waste any time and straight away found the knots on my shoulder blade area. She did an excellent job of putting the right pressure and touch. The massage may leave the body a little in pain, but it wears off. I haven't had a massage as good as this anywhere in Canada.
Joseph So: I come here every so often as I experience back and neck pain from sitting in an office all day. The staff here is amazing in helping relieve my muscle pains. I always ask for a 60-minute massage, which leaves me feeling much better and with greater mobility than before. The staff is also super friendly and they do their best to cater to appointment times I request. I will definitely be back!

Tammy Keddy: I started going to Jenny's when she first opened, and they have helped me in so many ways. I have a chronic illness that causes muscle pain and contractions. I always leave there after a 90-minute massage with better mobility and flexibility. They are able to change the care plan on which muscles and areas to work on depending on my symptoms that day. I am blessed to be able to go for a 90-minute massage at least once a week, sometimes twice. They are always able to fit me in within a few hours or early the next day. Everyone is very pleasant and remembers my requests. This is the first clinic I have gone to where I don't feel at least a little bit uncomfortable and even though it is a therapeutic massage, we all have issues with our bodies, but they drape well and keep you covered while being able to access all areas needed. I am very grateful for these hard-working females in a female owned and run local business.

My husband and I booked apts at the same time. To our surprise they set us up in the same room and made it romantic for us ! Was cute! Their hands worked some major magic and I left feeling not sore anymore and really really happy with my experience. Their prices are more than fair. We submit our claims on our own to insurance. They have special rates for non insurance visitors as well. GO BOOK AN APT, AMAZING STAFF
