Mike: Fantastic customer service! I needed an older Seiko watch band re-sized and after dealing with some spring bar issues Matt quickly changed/sized the band free of charge. I'm always looking to add another watch to my collection and you can bet the next one will be from Ashley. Thanks guys for proving that great, friendly customer service still exists!
