Jeff Bush: Well where to begin - I will say that service wise coodos really stepped up and made every effort to help me even had the owner of the fireplace company that made my unit come to my house to try everything he could to get me right - they even went as far as replacing the entire unit but unfortunately it still has the same issues - although out of warranty now they are still working hard to get me right Gary and Bill are super stars at service and will always recommend people to visit the store once they commit to a customer they fully follow through- thanks team.

Lynn Leith: said it was not properly installed, was giving off CO1 and shut off the gas. Today we went to get quotes, going to Fireplace FX first. John was terrific. Asked lots of questions, showed us some options and gave us a rough estimate. He then asked if he could come and see it. He came out today, turned the gas on, checked it for CO1 - there was zero. He checked for gas, and yes, there was a gas leak which we knew as we had smelt it. He found the leak, fixed it, cleaned the fireplace, and, we have a clean, working fireplace for a small fraction of the cost of a new one. Many, many thanks Joe! We definitely recommend Fireplace FX.

Kelly Shovhan: This location has always been great to us, in the way that any person would expect, but today they went above and beyond. After a terrible kids workshop experience at another location we came here asking if they’d be able to accommodate us for the day instead, and thankfully that had an extra kit we were able to take home AND a spare kit from a previous workshop as an kind gesture. They were amazingly kind, horrified to hear about the issues we experienced at the other store and asked us to return here for the future so they could continue to take care of us.Separately to todays ordeal the store has always been clean, well organized and professional, and I could never imagine an issue happening like we had at that other location.

emery william: I came here last last sunday and oh, would I love to say that i love this restaurant. The young lady who greeted us had the biggest smile on her face and gladly seat us. She was the cutest and guided us on how to use the ipad perfectly. I believe her name was Riri, super catchy just like the famous singer Rihanna. The server was super great and helpful, i also believe her name was Julia. 10/10 i definitely recommend.
