Sol Estates: Great and professional service!
Chris Gilbert: There was a miscommunication about where the two bags being delivered were to be placed. They ended up taking up too much driveway space to allow parking. I sent a message from SuperSac's contact page and received a call back from someone within 10 minutes. Later that afternoon, a truck came by and the driver repositioned the bags to allow a car to park. Very quick service and greatly appreciated

It's much cheaper to pick up the product as opposed to having it delivered - well worth the extra effort to load and unload in order to save. We'll definitely be back for our next pathway project later this month!

Mahmood Hosseini: I ordered one cubic yard of bulk pea gravel last week. Then I called the Supersac number and told them that I needed the gravel the following day. The lady who answered the phone was very polite, supportive, and friendly and assured me that I would get it on time. The next day the truck driver called me at 7:30 a.m. and delivered the gravel. It was clean and nice-looking. The driver was professional and polite, too. Only one recommendation, the driver should have called me 10 minutes before coming to my place.

I didn’t find anything bad or odd in the soil like some people did. I got the perfect bag. Will shop with them again.
