Janet HEDDEN: I had an appointment with the clinic for a consultation. Everything was explained to me before deciding to proceed. There was no pressure to sign anything. I have been for injections the last five weeks and I am feeling better after each injection each week. Suffering with chronic pain for 28 yrs I am so grateful to have Dr. K, Olaf and Edith.
Tracy Recinos: Every Saturday I am greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost care from Edith to Ole, to Dr K. Can’t say enough how they have all helped me tremendously.

The Rebel And The Girl: I was referred to Dr. Diane Reid at the ENT department. Dr Reid is brilliant she gave me my life back. She is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. The staff and volunteers i’ve dealt with here are always very friendly and attentive.

That said, the staff were incredibly compassionate and took their time to understand our concerns. Considering the mass underfunding of our healthcare system, I felt that the hospital was effective with their limited resources. Compared to other hospitals in Hamilton, I strongly suggest coming here.

E Torsky: I'm not sure why this clinic has such a terrible review rating. I have never had a problem calling and being able to speak with someone right away. They have had to fax requisitions and prescriptions for me a couple times and were always right on top of it. The clinical staff are very friendly and listen attentively. They are very thorough with my medical care. I'm quite happy with my experience dealing with them and feel well taken care of.

Laina: My grandad had a hip replacement via Same Day Surgery, and it was an amazing experience. I cannot emphasize how kind and patient the pre-Op nurse, anesthesiologists, OR nurse, physio, post op nurse, and even environmental services were ! I've never seen such a beautiful caring team in a hospital before.
