Fleur de lis anoniem: From the outside it looks strange but when you come inside it is very clean and you get a welcome box with stuff like things for the dishwasher etc. and the place where it is, is very quiet. so I would say, stay here for a while
Maxime Desmarais-Laporte: From the outside the building looks a little odd, but once inside, there are very classy apartments. Perfectly decorated, welcome basket, well equipped kitchen, etc. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.Also, the building is located a few minutes from a large commercial hub.

Ahmed Ayman: The staff is very friendly and and the building is very well maintained. The facilities have everything you need. The gym is cleaned consistently and the study rooms are great. Overall, very friendly and helpful staff and great building if you need somewhere nice to stay during your studies in downtown hamilton.

Breanna Bolliger: The William Thomas is a fantastic place for students to rent. Very clean gym facility, common areas and offers 24-hour security and approachable administrative staff. Unit is fully furnished and move in ready. No need to buy or bring in any new furniture.For any students that attend McMaster or Mohawk, this building is nicely situated to HSR bus stops. Also, being close to Jackson Square and downtown core, offers a variety of shopping and eating options.I have been living at the William Thomas for three years, I highly recommend any student looking for an off campus living option!
Hema Partap: Best building in Hamilton specially for students. It have study room, games room and gym. All units are furnished, you just have to pack your bags and move. Staff in this building is also very helpful. There is security at night which makes building very safe.
Helen Feng: I’ve lived here for almost 1 year. It’s a very good place to live in because of its perfect location, good facilities and safety. There is a gym, study room and gaming room in the building. And the apartment contains all the furnitures.

Jorge Sanchez-Perez (Jorgesp): . The superintendents were nice and helpful, most of the time. But they do establish strong boundaries regarding their office/work hours. Which I think is acceptable. The building is in good shape, well kept, clean, and the place is overall in a good location. Big windows and nice balconies. One thing we did not enjoy here was the fact that they do not compost, which seems odd given that other buildings in the area do. They do not mind pets as far as I know. We have two cats and the managers seem to be quite ok with them. If your apartment is facing the cemetery you get a great view of the mountain, which is a nice way to start your day. I would recommend the place.

Walter Frith: I moved in to this building in the fall of 2018 and I am very impressed. I have never seen vermin of any kind in here. My unit was painted, cleaned, glazed and Varathaned before I moved in. There has been a bedbug inspection as well as a general maintenance and housekeeping inspection. The building managers have responded promptly to the needs of my unit, they can always be seen doing something all day long and the building is clean with no odours of any kind. I have one of the largest units and my rent is very reasonable. It would cost twice as much in Toronto. Laundry rooms on every floor are a definite plus. My only suggestion would be to replace the aging elevators.

My husband and I love living at 180. We've been here 3.5 years. It is a well run, quiet, safe and friendly apartment complex. The owners and management take care of the property very well. I will confess that the hallways are showing their age and need upgrading. However, we are willing to hold our judgement as we are sure attention will be paid to this in a timely manner. Otherwise, no issues as they are always addressed in a timely manner. Everyone is treated respectfully and fairly. We would have no problem recommending our community to anyone who has the same outlook regardless of their age group. We like to think this is a unique opportunity.
The "secret superpower" of this building is the management! Geoff is a wonderful, competent, responsible super. He sets great rules and makes sure we all follow them, makes for a very safe, secure building. Geoff is always respectful and patiently answers any questions, or concerns. Geoff takes great care of the building and grounds, I'm proud to show my friends where I live, I always tell them about our excellent super!

Bruce Keating: Had an opportunity to see the suites at 775 Concession today with my partner, and met with Farheen.
