It was unfortunate to go through that twice but they definitely went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I do hope that they improve on quality assurance and my suggestions for a more personal touch with regards to product packaging. The boots are nice and I am sure will be warm this winter. These are also clearly worn as the treads on the bottom are worn away and have dirt on them. The heel also has dirt on it like someone used their other foot to push the heel down to take them off. Honestly I hope the boots are worth the hassle, because I don't know another company that sends out used merchandise when you purchase something that is supposed to be new.Order arrived fast however the boots were stained and the bottoms were worn a bit as if slightly used and once returned already. What a hassle, now I have to take time to get to Canada Post and send them back and hope that they send me a NEW pair in my size and colour. If the company can rectify this situation I will update my review and let you know how the boots actually fit, feel and perform.

I have 4 different pairs of Baffin's they are all extremely comfortable but my work boots started to come apart at the sole after 14 months. The uppers were in perfect condition so I contacted Baffin about a resole. They don't do that but even though they were over the 12 month warranty Baffin gave me a 50% discount on any other boots I wanted.
