Ameya Gokhale: Excellent massage. They know the human body really well. The masseuse didn't waste any time and straight away found the knots on my shoulder blade area. She did an excellent job of putting the right pressure and touch. The massage may leave the body a little in pain, but it wears off. I haven't had a massage as good as this anywhere in Canada.
Joseph So: I come here every so often as I experience back and neck pain from sitting in an office all day. The staff here is amazing in helping relieve my muscle pains. I always ask for a 60-minute massage, which leaves me feeling much better and with greater mobility than before. The staff is also super friendly and they do their best to cater to appointment times I request. I will definitely be back!

Tammy Keddy: I started going to Jenny's when she first opened, and they have helped me in so many ways. I have a chronic illness that causes muscle pain and contractions. I always leave there after a 90-minute massage with better mobility and flexibility. They are able to change the care plan on which muscles and areas to work on depending on my symptoms that day. I am blessed to be able to go for a 90-minute massage at least once a week, sometimes twice. They are always able to fit me in within a few hours or early the next day. Everyone is very pleasant and remembers my requests. This is the first clinic I have gone to where I don't feel at least a little bit uncomfortable and even though it is a therapeutic massage, we all have issues with our bodies, but they drape well and keep you covered while being able to access all areas needed. I am very grateful for these hard-working females in a female owned and run local business.

My husband and I booked apts at the same time. To our surprise they set us up in the same room and made it romantic for us ! Was cute! Their hands worked some major magic and I left feeling not sore anymore and really really happy with my experience. Their prices are more than fair. We submit our claims on our own to insurance. Megan Elms: I took The 10 week Mindfulness Transformation with Erin. From the second that I read the description about the course, I KNEW I needed to take it. I’ve been told that there is a lot of evidence that shows that mindfulness is an effective coping strategy, and to be honest, this course far exceeded my expectations. I like that there is a combination of learning the different techniques, and also getting to practice them. I’ve been able to heal a lot of wounds through this course, and I feel like a very different person because of it. I feel happier and healthier, and I have been able to take what I have learned and apply it to everyday situations.On top of that, Erin is a FANTASTIC human being. She is very kind and sweet, and clearly highly educated. She teaches mindfulness in a way that is easy to understand and in a way that sticks with you. The handouts are great to look back on and remind you of everything that you’ve learned. I like that every class starts off with touching base with how everyone is doing and you can tell that Erin sincerely cares about everyone’s progress and well being. She has been incredibly accommodating to make sure that I was able to access the course. Overall, I am so very happy with the results from taking the full course. Highly recommend, especially if you are going through personal challenges.

I elected to get 2 treatments. The blue lagoon scrub/soak and massage followed by a facial. It was fantastic. The place is spotless. The ambience is warm and inviting. My aesthetician was Kereny and she may be one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of being worked on by. Kereny is worth her weight in gold. Magic hands. I don’t like to talk because I want to relax, I was not made to feel I needed to. She checked in just enough to make sure I was ok. She is a pro. I highly recommend her if you go there. I will definitely go back.

I was very skeptical that a chiropractor would help my situation however desperate for relief. Brook Dennis: My dad and I have been attending the Hamilton Foot Clinic for many many years and have always received exceptional service from all staff. I’ve purchased orthotics, compression stockings, and shoes from their clinic. As a nurse being on my feet for hours in a day, I’ve never been disappointed. Combined, they have significantly improved my lower back, feet, and knee pain that I was previously experiencing on a daily basis. My dad has also seen similar benefits while being in a labour-intensive job with lots of walking at National Steel Car. Due to our positive experiences, I brought my elderly grandmother into their clinic as well for foot care and she now insists that she will never go anywhere else but here. The staff are welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to address your concerns. It is clear that they are here to help and go above and beyond to provide patient-centered care. I would highly recommend their clinic and give them 10 stars if I could!!

I never tried Physio before till this year and I never knew how badly tense my neck and shoulders were and what lead to the pains and "cracking" noise I have been hearing for 2 years.
