Brandon Alkhani: Matias was a very informative and attentive rmt. He offers a wide range of pressure and was very responsive to when I would ask for higher or lower levels. I've been to a good handful of RMTs in the area and Matias blows them all out of the water. The only difficulty is scheduling as evenings and weekends are offered in high capacity, but understandable and worth it to see Matias when he's available.
Anita Smith: A clean, calm, well organized space. A respectful, patient, genuine practitioner. Happy to benefit from this person's knowledge and care. Superior quality.
Tracy Dowds: Been going to Matias for a few years now. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise are unrivalled. He really takes the time to get to the root of your issue unlike other RMTs I have tried that just try to get you in and out within the hour. Highly recommend.

I came to Keystone on the recommendation of an elderly friend who at 95 is healthier and more spry than women 10-15 years her junior. She has been getting monthly treatments with David for over 25 years! She says: “David and Mary are a great team, always pleasant and welcoming, treating me like a friend or member of the family. My muscles are always relieved and feel ‘young’ again after a treatment!”

It's located at the lower level of the building, but there weren't clear signs that indicate that in the building, although it is on their address line on the website. Had a 1 hour session with Sam. He was very friendly and easy going. Asked what I preferred, problem areas, and areas I wanted focused on. If deep tissue is what you're looking for, then I would highly recommend Sam. He did an amazing job. Would definitely come back again.

She did an excellent job of putting the right pressure and touch. The massage may leave the body a little in pain, but it wears off. I haven't had a massage as good as this anywhere in Canada.
Joseph So: I come here every so often as I experience back and neck pain from sitting in an office all day. The staff here is amazing in helping relieve my muscle pains. I always ask for a 60-minute massage, which leaves me feeling much better and with greater mobility than before. The staff is also super friendly and they do their best to cater to appointment times I request. I will definitely be back!

Tammy Keddy: I started going to Jenny's when she first opened, and they have helped me in so many ways. I have a chronic illness that causes muscle pain and contractions. I always leave there after a 90-minute massage with better mobility and flexibility. They are able to change the care plan on which muscles and areas to work on depending on my symptoms that day. I am blessed to be able to go for a 90-minute massage at least once a week, sometimes twice. They are always able to fit me in within a few hours or early the next day. Everyone is very pleasant and remembers my requests. This is the first clinic I have gone to where I don't feel at least a little bit uncomfortable and even though it is a therapeutic massage, we all have issues with our bodies, but they drape well and keep you covered while being able to access all areas needed. I am very grateful for these hard-working females in a female owned and run local business.

My husband and I booked apts at the same time. To our surprise they set us up in the same room and made it romantic for us ! Was cute! Their hands worked some major magic and I left feeling not sore anymore and really really happy with my experience. Their prices are more than fair. We submit our claims on our own to insurance. They have special rates for non insurance visitors as well. GO BOOK AN APT, AMAZING STAFF

Lindsey McFarlane: Carol was absolutely lovely. While the cupping treatment I chose didn’t end up being my thing, I will definitely come back for a massage. Carol tried to make it as pleasant as possible, it’s just that no one tells you before that cupping, by what it is, actually really supposed to hurt and isn’t relaxing in nature.
