murray greenfield: Crossroads unloaded this 2012 S 680 John Deere combine from a flat bed and installed the drives, duals and rear tires. They completed a detailed inspection, changed the engine oil and resolved and repaired a number of operating issues Their two mobile techs are very knowledgeable regarding S series combines. I now have confidence that this very complex used combine that I recent purchased will make the 2022 harvest a pleasure.

The service there was amazing and treated us very well. Because of that we purchased a kubota t2290 from them. The tractor was delivered a few weeks ago and had a defect in the belt. They ordered a belt and sent out a guy as soon as possible and fixed it. Couldn't be happier with the service and product. Thanks John and team!

Rhonda Hofman: I bought a Self Propeller Walkbehind lawnmower at this place a few years agoThey do service it, if there is a problem with it. When the cutting season is done, I call them and they will service it and have it ready for the next cutting season. They always ask, if I need them to come and Pick it up and when it's done to Deliver it back. I said yes.They always give me an invoice of the work that was done on it and what it cost. They let me pay over the phone by credit or debit. I can also give a cheque to the driver, when they dropped my lawnmower off at my home.They also service my snowblower, that I bought somewhere else.They were very nice and helpful.

My truck came back feeling like a brand new truck. Earl, Kerroll and their team were awesome. I had some concerns and Earl addressed them right away without hesitation which put me at ease. Kerroll was fantastic and helped me in every way he could. I was so happy I brought my truck here and would definitely recommend them.

The MacNeil's: Outstanding customer service. I went in for a simple flat tire repair on my lawn tractor. This wasn't even on a John Deere tire, either. They certainly went way above and beyond.
