Dawn Andrewsloucks: Firstly my husband had his colonoscopy here back on April, lo and behold they found Cancer tumour and removed polyps. Literally this was a Friday and the Specialist called us on the Saturday at Dr Ferghani's recommendation with an appt. Fast forward I have had stomach issues for some time well booked my appt at General drs referral as the appts are very quick and I had a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy done recently. It was so quick I didn't even know what happened. Went in at 6 am and back home at 8.30 am latest. The whole process was painless and quick and results were given immediately of findings. I am still awaiting biopsy results.But wow go and get a referral if you have any issues with your GI. Hubby's cancer surgery is already done, and now Chemo begins all within 2 months of his first visit with Dr Ferghani Very thorough and attentive to all your questions and concerns.

They took care of me, made sure I was comfortable and timed everything perfectly. HIGHLY recommend. Also, ask for Pico-Salax if you can. It doesn't taste gross. Thank you for a great experience!

Got an overview of what they saw , but had to wait for biopsy results to confirm anything which is understandable. Was pretty nervous going into it as I have never done anything like this before but the staff was friendly and reassuring.

Megan Mae: I’m writing this review for those who are about to see Dr. Fergani for the first time and/or need an endoscopy. I was extremely nervous to see Dr. Fergani after reading some negative reviews. But as soon as I sat down in his office he was warm, kind, reassuring and informative. One of the most delightful doctors I’ve ever interacted with. On the day of the procedure I broke down crying while being prepped for the procedure, I was extremely overwhelmed and scared. I assure you it was for nothing. Every question, every concern was answered and reassured by Dr. Fergani and the nurses. They let me know all of my options, they didn’t rush me, and they made sure I knew I was going to be okay, and I was. I was in and out within an hour and ten. The anxiety I had leading up to this day was consuming, if you are like me and feeling the same way, please know that you’re in excellent hands. If you are like me and you have been putting off seeing him, please don’t, he is wonderful, and you never know, it may save your life.

Patricia Stiff: This is my second endo/ colon and both visits were a great experience. I had lots of anxiety both times and all the staff were patient and good about explaining every step . RN the same both times and she is gentle and professional and very calming before and after as she cares for you . Reception great and returned all my calls and emails promptly with my requests . The doctor also called me . Highly recommend. Don’t park , get dropped off. It’s a very well organized appointment with well payed out instructions. Good Luck !!

L A: Dr Fergani is very personable and professional!! The 2 assisting medical staff, RN, Assistant Dr. Very focused.... The RN who checked my vitals and set up the sailing , she was so nice and so focused. .I only have one minor concern, that absolutely can be improved, " which case"I will contact the clinics admin. Other than that, I was very satisfied with Dr. Fergani clinic.. I also had endoscopy and colonoscopy, yes! I waited for a hr. But! Iam gratefull for having this appointment. Most importantly my results were given to me in hand. Makes you less stressed when you don't have to wait for results from family dr....

Angelina Angela: If there are more than 5 stars I would put more for GHA surgical center. I want to appreciate specifically Wade, Rosella, and Dr.Farrel. They are so pleasant and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my vein, and was about to have a big bruise Rosella helped me professionally, and I left the Center without a bruise on my arm. Wade greeted my friendly that all my nervousness are gone. Dr. Farrell talked to me nicely and explained everything in detail. These people were taking care of me so well that I didn't feel like I am alone. I want to appreciate from the deep of my heart these 3 people and the Doctor who did the endoscopy for me for their excellent and gentle work. Charles Walker: Very professional and very efficient. What seemed like a long, drawn-out procedure at the hospital took only about an hour at the GHA Surgical Centre. The staff were friendly. The doctor provided me with all the information I needed when he introduced himself. If you need to have an endoscopic screening done, I highly recommend GHA Surgical Centre.

The Rebel And The Girl: I was referred to Dr. Diane Reid at the ENT department. Dr Reid is brilliant she gave me my life back. She is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. The staff and volunteers i’ve dealt with here are always very friendly and attentive.
