Carol Pocock: When I went into Best Buy to drop off my laptop Angel came over to find out what I needed from the Gueek Squad so they would know what to do for me. I explained to him what I was having problems with my laptop and he told I would get it back in approximately 3 days. He was very pleased too see that I remembered to bring the power cord for my laptop. I received a call from Zain 2 days later after they had done their diagnostics on my laptop and told me I needed a new hard drive. This would make my laptop run like it was brand new again . I asked him what would the cost would be and he said you only pay for the hard drive and because you have a Geek Squad membership the labour was free. So Zain called me the next day to let me know that my laptop was working like it should. Zain received me at the store and processed my bill and asked me if I would like an extended warranty on the new hard drive and I agreed to the warranty. Both Angel and Zain were were great and answered all my concerns about my laptop. My hard drive was old and it was too slow and now my laptop works like it should. Thank you both for making my laptop feel like it is brand new again.

Renee Hall: Phenomenal service and great options! My computer was a bit of a douseyyy! I came to revive with a broken screen and in the process of its repair unfortunately the motherboard stopped working. Revive exhausted every option to help me out including attempting to repair the motherboard and screen with no additional costs. Unfortunately the mother board was irreparable but revive went above and beyond to service me including donating me a new computer, transferring all my data! This was monumental and I’ve never experienced a transparent and attentive service. I will be back!!!!

Heard Mobile Klinik ads on radio, googled it and took phone in to Main St location. Quickly described the problem, they took the phone into the back and less than 10 minutes later it comes back and is easily charging now. I asked to pay, they said no charge.
