George Halim: . They usually looked at it funny for a few minutes and just handed it back to me. Obviously I’m not gonna question them, I just wear watches. Roberta explained to me that my watch is XL difficult to open, so most people likely didn’t bother. Not only did she get it open and replaced the battery in about 15 minutes, but she was ready to ship it off to someone to get it open if she couldn’t. Roberta was the friendliest, and most professional person I saw about my watch, with an unreal price and easy service. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this place to anyone.

Frank St Aubin: I needed a battery replaced for my watch,as well as links removed from the band,and adjustment on closing mechanism.The watch needed a pressure test for 200 meters,and had to be sent out for this service.The watch was ready two weeks earlier than expected.
