Even better, though - the staff were so friendly, helpful, and were as invested in the success of our event as we were!They took the time to run me through every bit of the equipment, to make sure I was fully comfortable with set up, use, and take down, and made sure I was getting the right equipment to meet my needs. David Gauthier: We had soundbox connect and program a few dozen speakers for our in house overhead PA system at our retail and warehouse location and they did an amazing job. We’ve had companies run our speakers before but never before have we had such a user friendly experience and such quick troubleshooting. The speakers and music are quality as well as clear paging that cuts through in a busy warehouse. 10/10 recommend the Soundbox team.

Daisaku Gamero: Videolink's has supplied the video production industry for 30 years and that experience shows. I've rented from them for a live music show and they were very courteous and knowledgable about the gear, training me on the use of their Tricaster 410. Outstanding customer service. During the show I ran into a problem and I called them up for tech support. They were very very helpful and I resolved my issue without any interruption to the live stream during the show. I would very much highly recommend anyone working in the video/broadcast industry to contact them. 5 stars!
