Mackenzie Joan Training: what do users think?

Kaylyn Kalotinis: We had about 5-6 sessions with Mackenzie and she was awesome. If we require additional training in the future we will be reaching out to her. We would highly recommend her to all our friends/family.

Laura Percy: methods, which allows Kay to focus on training without fear of doing something wrong or being punished. Kay LOVES Mackenzie and gets excited

Susanne B: Very professional, knowledgeable, and focused on making your pet comfortable. A great experience!

Megan Armstrong: as well as help address behavioural issues typical of puppies

Julia Elzinga: trainer who takes the time to teach you how to work with your dog without any harmful corrections or punishments.Mackenzie is a godsend to Charlie and I and I am so glad I found her. So few trainers are force free, and even less professionally certified, so Makenzie is one in a million.I cannot say enough good things about her!! Thank you Mackenzie!!

Van Naranjo: Had a really good experience in this place, my cat got groomed perfectly!!!

Megan Stokes: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueMackenzie was wonderful with my fairly temperamental cat and got all of his nails clipped with minimal fuss, she definitely has a great touch for keeping animals calm but cooperative. Highly recommend for any less than cooperative cats for nail trimming.

Kathy Guffroy: Mackenzie was referred to us by a friend and we are so glad that we have worked with her for the last 3 years, both with training and with grooming. We have learned so much about positive interactions with our dogs and Mackenzie is super patient and amazing in dealing with our dog who hates grooming. Go see her, you won't be disappointed!

Adam cole: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueWell worth it! Will 100% recommend.

Rachelle Reid: I couldn't brush them out so I took my cat to Mackenzie. Zayna had never been to a groomer before and she is a senior cat so I was worried about her getting stressed. Well they did a fabulous job, got all the knots out and it hard shows on her. She did a fabulous job and their facility is relaxing and spotless. Go see them you won't be disappointed. Their prices are amazing

Jillian Perkins-Marsh: I was referred to Mackenzie by our trainer because our 7mos aussiedoodle has been having a terrible time at other groomers. Mackenzie is absolutely passionate about her work. We created a customized plan to get my puppy used to grooming. I was so impressed he let her cut his hair! I live in Burlington, but she will be our groomer from now on. 6 out of 5 stars.

Olivia Mazzorato: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ReliabilityMackenzie is amazingly patient, knowledgeable and supportive. She does not take a “one size fits all” approach to training, which I love. She helped me to formulate a training plan that suited myself and my puppy as individuals. Whether your pup is 10 weeks or 10 years, I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a trainer!

Wendy Perron: I am the director of Monkey Dog Rescue Canada. Mackenzie booked a day just for our rescue, senior Shih Tzus, as they are bonded and feel better kept together. We are so impressed with her knowledge, kindness, listening skills and talent. We look forward to bringing our next rescues to get their feel good spa treatment with Mackenzie!

Justin Lemieux-Reale: MacKenzie is great and worked well with our pup who’s a little scared of water and getting his nails cut!

Nawaf Alotaibi: My cat gets stressed out easily with grooming and bathing but Mackenzie was really great in calming him down and getting the job done

Cat Cino Dog Trainer: what do users think?

Sarah Prevost: Cat is the best! We've had her for all 3 of our dogs. We first had her in our home 14 years ago for our first English mastiff, then over 12 years ago for our St. Bernard, and I recently had the pleasure to work with her again almost 1 year ago now for our second English mastiff. She is just lovely! She's honest with you and has no much knowledge to share! I knew I needed her again for our pup because he was so smart at just a few weeks old, "I thought what am I gonna do with you!?" I called Cat immediately and we got to work! I literally have the best pup. With the training I got for myself and the pup, just shows how experienced Cat really is. Anytime something came up, she was available for me, meeting and via text anytime I wanted to know something or needed help... she was right there! I truly appreciate her and everything she's done for us! If and when we add another addition to the family, Cat will be back! ♡I should add, our first EM was quite difficult when adding our St bernard to the family, Cat helped us and worked with all of us to make sure it worked out! It was difficult at first and a lot of work, but they bonded and lived their long lives out together. The EM recently added to our family came along with health issues at the beginning of his life, Cat was very helpful and all of her advice corresponded with everything our vet said and was doing for us! She is absolutely amazing at what she does!

Victoria Hunter: Cat Cino has been our trainer for 2 bouncy and enthusiastic Boxers. Cat has an innate way of understanding the personality and therefore the specific training needs of each of the dogs she works with. The dogs are very responsive to Cat and she can turn the most rambunctious dog into a well trained family pet who is a pleasure to be with. As we contemplate having another dog in our home, Cat Cino will be my first phone call to see when she can come and start working with our family and the new dog!

Judy Adamson: I only have highly praise for Cat. She has helped me immensely when other trainer suggestions did not work. She has a through knowledge of dogs and considers each dog’s personality, traits and the underlying purpose of their behaviour we are trying to change . She is extremely easy to work with and gentle but firm with her approach. If I could give her 10 stars I would!Judy and Finley ❤️🐶😊

Mindy Tenenbaum: I have been working with Cat Cino both personally and for our rescue dogs for over 15 years. At the risk of being cliche once you try Cat you’ll never go back! She has helped me with a number of my own dogs and countless dogs in the rescue I work with.Whenever someone has a behavior struggle with their dog I can’t say the words Cat Cino fast enough. Her in-depth knowledge of all kinds of dog behaviors allow her to offer up solutions that are effective and understandable. She breaks down all of her advice into methods that make sense. And more importantly they work!If you require assistance with your dog’s behavior I could not recommend any one more than Cat. Many, many dog parents I personally know who have worked with Cat know they are privileged to have access to such an incredible resource. I could not agree more. The best part is if you contact her you will quickly realize you are in great hands which is a great feeling at a time when you need help.

Irene Mourik: Cat is an amazing dog trainer, your dog will be in the best hands and will get the help you need. Cat has experience with many dogs and all behaviors. We had the pleasure to go assist with dog rescue during Hurricane Katrina. She gave her whole heart to this rescue. Cat went many times to offer help with many stressed and traumatized dogs in very high emotional times. As well, we drove many dogs back to Niagara for a new home. Cat accesed all the dogs for their new owners.Cat has helped me personally with my dogs. She loves her job very much.I give her business a 10 out of 10 any day.

Louise Harrison: I’ve had the pleasure to work with Cat for many years with a variety of different dogs. Cat has a way of taking what seems like an unbearable situation and offer simple solutions, you will notice results instantly. Cat has an amazing way of explaining what your dog is going through or experiencing and making it relatable to a human. You will be left with many “aha moments”. Fair warning you will be mentally exhausted after all the information Cat will give you. I highly recommend Cat to anyone.

Adam Mason: Can’t recommend Cat enough, well worth the investment to know how to manage breeds like a German Shepherd. Especially ones that have a strong will. She provided the tools and knowledge to effectively redirect behaviour when needed.

Hendrik Vandercraats: Cat was like the dog whisperer, trained us on how to train our puppy! Highly recommend Cat’s services!

Laura Roppel: , We addressed this in our first training session before it became a big issue, and after that I never saw my dog show those behaviours. My pup is now 10 months old and we continue to use Cats training techniques in our everyday training.I would recommend her to anyone that is wanting to train their dog. She was awesome!!

Charlie Jones: Worked with my golden retriever who had bad resource guarding issues along with growling. After a few sessions she taught us how to redirect the guarding, he now carries his stuffed toys around the house and gladly gives them up upon request.

Scholars In Collars Dog Training: what do users think?

Pat McCarthy: Great facility and excellent instructors who took extra time to assist me with my training challenges.

Annie Sicotte: Our experience was amazing. Maya started her classes at 9 weeks old and I am so greatful that we did started at that age. The information that we got in class was given to us all in a fun way but our puppies learned so much and us human too. Now I am learning to be a good dog owner and Maya to be a happy puppy ready to learn more. Like kids structure is important never too young to learn.

Emma: Highly recommend Scholars In Collars!! Our puppy just graduated the level 1 family pet obedience course with Diane and Sue being our trainers I could go on for hours because they were amazing. They helped my partner and I become more confident in training our pup and we have seen a huge improvement in him! We are excited to be furthering our training with Scholars In Collars and cant wait for the next course to start!

Averil Farlow: We cannot say enough about how much we and our pups have learned and enjoyed!! It has been absolutely amazing to watch our pups learn to become great companions. The training is fun and happy and focuses on reward for good and correct behaviour and reactions and also teaches very importantly how to negate unwanted behaviour. We highly recommend Scholars in Collars for every pup and owner !!

Craig Featherstone: .All this to say, we heartily recommend this program and the people behind it. Thanks team!

Melissa Keim: I have only brought my little guy in once but I've noticed a difference already. Doing the homework and trainging helps.

Kelly McCutcheon: Love the training! Our dog Karma is doing so well with the training! Great trainers and so understanding! So positive for the dogs!I Love their training style!!

John Messimeris: Great experience with all three dogs. First we brought our dog that had behavioral problems. We were so happy with the results that we brought our other two dogs! Highly recommend!

Tracy Bernier: Highly recommend this school for training your puppy. We just completed Level 1. Excellent step by step training with lessons online and in class. Small well controlled groupings, lots of individual attention with helpful instructors available for technique corrections. We are thrilled with how our puppy has responded to this training and can’t wait for the fun in Level 2.

Alli Jowett: My pup just graduated from the Level 1 Family Pet Program. The instructor Joan was excellent- she’s very supportive, positive and knowledgeable. Online support provided by Diane is wonderful, videos and many helpful pointers. It’s a great introduction to the fundamentals of having a happy and obedient family member.

Eric Cheng: and they help you understand the 'why' of what you're doing.

Cristina Bustamante: Diane and her team are very knowledgeable and make lessons easy to learn and understand. Diane is a wealth of dog training knowledge, and takes time out of her busy schedule to educate and answer any questions we may have. At Scholars in Collars, they use positive reinforcement to achieve mutual respect and understanding between dog and owner. I would definitely recommend this trainer to others! Thanks Diane and team!

Kendra Boyd: We have been enjoying our classes at Scholars in Collars. We are thrilled with Kevin as our teacher. He is a great teacher. He is so patient and understanding with the dogs AND the owners. We feel very lucky to have him as a teacher for our class and for the puppy socialization classes. We also have used the online behaviour section of your course numerous times. Each time some new behaviour arises I go immediately to the behaviours section and look it up.Getting a puppy has been overwhelming with all you need to learn, but your course helps keep things in check one step at a time.Thank you!

Stephanie H: and we are blown away by how well executed these classes are. You receive access to excellent video education and tip sheets, then attend class to practice and receive guidance from multiple trainers. The staff are all amazing and very knowledgeable. The cherry on top is that Scholars treats you like family and provides ongoing support as things pop up during your pups development.10/10 recommend. I have learned SOO much and have been able to effectively train my dog.

Impact-Pets: what do users think?

Abbas Pajooman: Quentin is an amazing dog trainer. My dog, Sahara grew up during the lockdowns so she forgot how to behave around other dogs and gets into a lot of fights with other dogs. After just one appointment so far with Impact-Pets, I’ve seen a big change with how she interacts with other dogs now. I highly recommend Impact-Pets to anyone looking for a trainer!

Tyler Dales: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value

Tristan Sibley: Quentin was incredible to work with. We sent an inquiry about his services and heard back from him same-day. He was able to accomodate a session on short notice within 24 hours. He was a natural with our dogs, and within 1 hour of working together made positive headway with issues that we have struggled with for years. The techniques we learned should have a huge impact on the quality of life for both us and the pups. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Denise Crause: Positive:Professionalism,Reliability,ValuePossibly the most skilled dog trainer in Canada.

Kristen Dienst: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueQuentin is a fantastic dog trainer and was so great working with my nervous dog. He is a natural when it comes to working with dogs. I would highly recommend Impact Pets!!
