Alex Bilsland: They did a great job repairing a pair of shoes that I had torn when I tripped over a large spike sticking out of a concrete block, all too common in Hamilton. I thought for sure the shoes would be a write-off but they were able to make a complete repair and they also attached new heels that I had asked for. Price was reasonable and I had the shoes back in about 10 days.

Adam Rudy: . So the first great thing was that it was only a five minute walk away from my house. Second, I came to Adam with a unique repair. I have a pair of hand-made moccasins that I use as indoor slippers. At some point unknown to me the top of the left slipper tore from about the mid-point of my foot down to the toe. I showed it to Adam and he was quick to say he could fix it. I guess I was surprised because so many shoes these days aren't made out of leather

My sandals were given new life. The gentleman is a true artist. The couple who run this business are so nice and the work being done is fantastic!!
Wow I am blown away. I wish I had taken a before picture because wow, they did a way better job than I could have even imagined. My dog destroyed my boyfriends shoes. I managed to find a replacement pair the first time but unfortunately it happened again to the new pair and this time they were discontinued. I saw that this place had excellent reviews and it's so clear why. Amazing friendly customer service! and they did an incredible job, you cant even tell the dog even touched them! He destroyed the black patch on one of the backs and the loops on both. ( I won't tell you on which because, seriously you can't tell which). He also ate the brand patch on the front and they found a piece of matching leather so now unless you really look closely you really can't tell. So so happy with this, so happy in fact that I'm doing this review in the parking lot. Highly recommend.
