Sara Barrett: If I could give Bates Audio more than 5 stars, I would!Brian went above and beyond to make sure that the event we scheduled with one of Bates Audio's contracted venues was a success. He was put in a bit of a bind where there was a possibility that he wasn't able to find enough staff to assist with the event, but he worked extremely hard to make it happen. He was very transparent throughout the entire process and his technicians on-site at the event were very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating.DEFINITELY use Bates Audio for your A/V needs at your event!I look forward to working with Brian and his team again for future events!

Tom was exceptionally helpful when it came to choosing songs, and was always available for a quick chat to talk through details. Communication was 10/10, as was the flexibility when Tom moved all of his equipment from the reception room to the patio mid-reception to continue the party. He did exactly what we asked and kept the dance floor bumping from the beginning of the night all the way until the end. Sound Obsession has an amazing app to keep everything organized and make you feel comfortable leading up the the big day! Angelo Marguglio: We had scheduled our 50 person wedding at the Paletta Mansion almost a year and a half prior to the date when this awful pandemic first raised it's ugly head. We thought for sure the nightmare would be over but instead the months flew by and by the grace of you know what we were able to miraculously pull it off.There were what seemed to be hundreds of last minute things to worry about at the time but fortunately for us the music was not one of them. Sound Obsession came HIGHLY recommended by the catering company. Tom is not only a GREAT DJ but he is an even better person. He was also our master of ceremonies which allowed all our guests to just enjoy themselves. Although we briefly told him our must songs for the ceremony, he read the audience perfectly and it was a great tune after another. I've rented from them for a live music show and they were very courteous and knowledgable about the gear, training me on the use of their Tricaster 410. Outstanding customer service. During the show I ran into a problem and I called them up for tech support. They were very very helpful and I resolved my issue without any interruption to the live stream during the show. I would very much highly recommend anyone working in the video/broadcast industry to contact them. 5 stars!
