I also want to express my sincerest gratitude to Stephen who went above and beyond all expectations when my husband's jacket and boots were delivered to the store and neither of us was going to be able to pick them up that day Stephen personally dropped them off to make sure that my husband had his gear for his motorcycle courses!! Sung Kang: Just purchased a Starcraft Storm 165SC aluminum fishing boat from Dewildt Marine and I had a great buying experience. Mitch Atlee was my sales consultant and he was fantastic to work with. I initially started emailing with him after configuring a boat on the Legend website. Most of the time when the website says that a salesperson is going to reach out, they never do. But in this case Mitch emailed immediately and was open to discussing alternatives to the Legend because I wanted something with a wider beam as well as an alternative to Mercury outboards, which is how I ended up in the Starcraft with a 70hp Yamaha. I had an easy time with the purchase and he even offered free tickets to the Hamilton boat show so I could see the actual boat before I committed. He helped me upgrade the trolling motor and threw in some great accessories to save me cash upon delivery. I look forward to years of enjoyment with this new toy and highly recommend Dewildt and Mitch in particular if you are looking for a no pressure sales experience!

I explained that I'm just getting into motorcycles and he explained jackets, helmets, and other gear as if I came in with 0 knowledge, which was perfect because that was really close to where I was at. He showed me some different jackets and helmets, explained a couple bikes, let me know there was the used bikes in the basement and told me to browse around, feel free to try on stuff, and if I needed any help, to get him. There was a couple bikes I was interested in sitting on, but with them all being close together, I was reluctant. Before we left, 2 other employees actually took the time to greet us and one of them spent a few more minutes talking to me about riding and gear. Will definitely be going back, even if it's just for gear. Maybe will be heading back and looking into financing a bike. Either way, they left a great impression.

John Day: I read many of the reviews and to be quite frank, some of them sucked...However, my personal experience has been quite good.I have a 1999 ZX7R that's getting on in age now.I brought it in for an oil leak at the master slave cylinder.The cost was more than reasonable = Great!Service was performed quickly!My next visit was to replace fork seals/bushings, check the coolant system, rear tire balancing/check wheel bearings & fuel system leak testing.Turns out I needed a replacement fan switch sensor, coolant and rear tire re-balancing.All work performed quickly after part came in!Cost was also fair for the labour involved.The mechanic who worked on it is an excellent craftsman and Rosemary at front desk was very professional and delightful to deal with.I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I felt it necessary.Thanks.

They have a lot of selection and the best part is, the owners take so much time in their busy schedule to assist you and they try their best to find the perfect product for you. I recently bought my first helmet and pair of gloves from here, but was getting some pressure points on my head after installing an intercom on my helmet. The owners took so much time to take apart the lining and re-wire my whole set up. Amazing experience and highly recommend!
