The Adult Day Program is an integrated program for older adults living in the community supported by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. The program is designed to improve the quality of life and well-being to help participants discover, build, and reaffirm their skills and independence through social, recreational, and therapeutic activities in a safe and supportive environment.
Our adult programs are for individuals ages 18 or older. They do not include youth programs that are for youth age 13-24.
There are currently no adult programs in session. Please check back regularly for updates.
Our senior programs are designed for individuals 55+, but we welcome individuals of all ages to register, if interested.
Offering a variety of free pre-recorded virtual exercise and wellness programs for adults 55+ on the BGCHH Club at Home Youtube channel. Exercises that target strength training, chair exercise, cardio, stretches, yoga, tai-chi, dance workout and more! Dance programs are also available: Line Dance and Hawaiian Dance.
Wellness programs are brought to you by various agencies, including Hamilton Police Services & VON Hamilton.

Debra Hughes: My daughter has Autism. She has a quirky sense of humour and likes to test people. She's bossy. In the public school system she had 1:1 help and still managed to get away from them. She needs constant supervision to keep her safe.I made the difficult decision to remove her from the school system, as she got more and more mischief under her belt. I enrolled her at Empowering Support Services because they had good reviews and were recommended to me.Not a day goes by that I don't thank my lucky stars for them.They are always on top of my daughter's behaviors. They are firm when they need to be, positive, fun and boy, do they know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone.
Marguerite Fuentes: My son attends Empowering Support Services. He has Autism, is non verbal and globally delayed, with very complex needs. Finding the right fit for him was extremely challenging. The Programs that we tried, were not prepared for the level of care and support he requires, and we were asked to find alternative care. Empowering Support Services embraced my son, where he was at, offering him opportunities for growth and development, while tailoring his day, to meet his individual strengths and needs. Staff are knowledgeable, kind, patient, committed, dependable and empathetic. They are an amazing resource for our family, and afford me the peace of mind, to send my son out in the world, knowing that he will be treated with respect and dignity.

The staff is exceptional, their care towards the children is like no other. The children really do learn and grow to prosper from RedHill and so do the staff.
Bianca Plesa: Absolutely the Best daycare centre in Stoney Creek/ Hamilton area extremely clean always seeing the ladies every time I walk in scrabbing disinfecting everyone is very kind friendly I'm very thankful to room 1 preschool teachers Rada, Annie-Marie, Jennie my son's Miss Rada God bless her for her love towards my little guy she spend days weeks months probably beside my son cause he won't eat alone he has to be fed and she did just that like being his mom and says to my son i love you speechless!!! Annie-Marie too that kisses and hugs my son every time I drop him I just love them both and I'm very thankful I will never consider any other daycare centre if it's not this one!!!! You just feel warm every time you walk in and talk with any of the staff ladies supervisor Shelley very nice person!!! If I could I would have given it a 10***....thumps up the Best in every aspect of the way possible....
