Destinie Harrington-Martini: I am in Hamilton for one of my sons spinal surgery’s and only took 2 weeks worth of medication and started to get anxious about running out and having no way to travel to Kitchener from Hamilton I started looking for clinics and realized that there was a TRC clinic just a few km from the Ronald McDonald house where I am staying, so I called and asked if I could come visit and refill my meds and if they had me on file, yes indeed, so Wednesday around 1:30 pm I went to see the amazing wonderful friendly staff, talked to Dr Demarco and refilled my meds with a old friend who filled in at my clinic as pharmacist years ago, I am just so thankful that I was made to feel welcome and treated with upmost respect, next Wednesday I will be at this clinic again and feel good that I am in awesome hands, if you’re in need to start treatments and be free of opioids and the sicknesses the clinic on 14 John st is where you need to be You won’t regret getting your life back, And if you are in a different town or city Look for the TRC clinics and you will be in the best of hands I guarantee⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was traveling to the east coast and did not know that the way it done there is different and they looked it up and was it different. Adam Hossny: So I began coming to this clinic about a year ago, my life was in shambles, I had 100 plus charges, I had a heavy addiction for 8 plus years and I had no guidance or clue as to what I was going to do with my life. Since coming to the clinic, I am back in school, I have had all of my charges resolved and I haven’t had a relapse in almost a year. This clinic has saved my life but I especially have to give credit to the staff members, they have made the whole process a breeze and have always been helpful and supportive when need be. Stephanie and Sam are two of the secretaries over at the clinic and in my opinion those two make this clinic as prosperous and as positive as can be. They along with Dr. Holmes are the sole reason for my absence from my D.O.C. and I couldn’t have done it without them. I would recommend anyone going through an addiction to come and visit, just to bear witness to how great these individuals run this clinic. It is life-changing to say the very least. 11/10 service and everything else. Note to Steph, Sam & Dr. Holmes, you guys have saved my life and also produced a functioning and contributing member to society, not only do I have to thank them but so does society.

Jesse Porter: Very nice receptionist and very easy to get set up and started on there programs ,unlike other clinics in the city this one simplifies the process so its much quicker to see the dr and renew your scripts. And with having to renew them weekly at the most and as often as every 3day so the quicker the better as it can be a pain in the @$$ when these clinics take forever. So its nice that Vista is quick and punctual when it comes to there patients..

Based Beauty #877: Me and My husband go here, Dr Fallis is an Amazing Doctor. He has been our Doctor for around 14 years. He cares about his patients and is a very Educated Doctor. He is Fair, and honest. If your reading this review I assume you really need a change, and are in the right direction. After going to this clinic your life will get easier. The hardest step is to walk through the door, once your there its smooth sailing. There very understanding and not judgmental at all. I have also met the other Doctor at this clinic Dr. Gill, he seems like a great doctor also. This clinic is very, very Clean, unlike most of the different clinics in the city.
Michael P: I’ve never actually left a google review before but this one is definitely necessary. Dr Fallis is an incredible doctor who genuinely cares. I have been through quite a few doctors in this field and he is by far the best doctor I’ve had. Very down to earth and does anything he can to help you and your situation.

Mackenzie Peebles: I had a wonderful five week in patient experience at this location. I proudly graduated eight years ago and have been clean ever since. I highly recommend this place to anyone in a similar position as myself at that time living through active addiction and now I’m living a lovely life and all its benefits of living a sober life rebuilding relationships and achieving my dreams .
Jolee G. MacDonald: This is a program for woman who use substances. Withdrawal management Staff are very supportive here. They help you in the early stages of your recovery, and they really listen to you. There is delicious food, medication support, doctor on site throughout the week, group therapy, ton of support. Once you’ve stayed for a certain time period you can go outside and attend AA or NA meetings with the other women. What I really loved was that they had a room with bed right in the office. This room is used for people who may be having more intense withdrawal symptoms. I felt cared for and safe knowing that staff was right outside the door. It was a good experience. Staff is wonderful they work very hard. Thanks guys.
Kathryn Campbell: The staff are there to help you deal with your everyday issues and past traumas through the treatment program. So all day, everyday, we focused on changing up our routines, dealing with withdrawals, refocusing our thoughs, meditation, etc,... then we have the evenings back in our dorm where we share the floor with people there for shelter who had no restrictions for going outside. The problem here, is that some were coming back high, and that made it a complete contrast to the "cleansing" we did all day. I understand that funding may be an issue, but for this progam to work ideally, they need to keep those in the treatment program separate from others. The worst point for me was when we started finding paraphanalia in the bathroom, the living area, etc. I just didnt feel safe there anymore and ended up leaving the program after 4 weeks. I was close to many of the staff and they truly want to see us succeed and I highly commend them for that. but until the treatment program is segregated, this will not help. For me anyhow.

I have the utmost respect for them, many of which have past experiences that make them further relatable to you during your most vulnerable state. It isn't easy to admit when you need help. They make it easy for you to understand what your next steps will be and help you develop safe coping skills and strategies to further your opportunities to be more successful in your recovery.
