Caitlin F: My husband and I like to go to the Old Spaghetti Factory or Sicilian Pasta Kitchen for our pasta fix but thought we could check out a new restaurant for a change. Came across this place and the food here was PHENOMENAL! The ricotta dip with pizza bread, 10/10. The butternut squash ravioli I had was easily one of the best thing Iโve ever eaten! My husband had a special, I canโt quite remember what it was but it was a dish with egg noodles and tenderloin I think. He absolutely loved it.Needless to say, Iโm glad we went out of our comfort zone and discovered this gem. We will 100% be back!
Jeremy Liland: We were mourning our uncles passing and quietly celebrating my aunts birthday. We reserved for 12 people and walked in 15 min later and they were ready for us. Our server Martin was outstanding. He was warm friendly conscientious and accurate. The food was excellent and was only outdone by the service. Thank you all very much for a wonderful meal in a very trying time. And big shoutout to Martin for his wonderful service.
Elizabeth Christie: Accommodated 12 of us for supper with little notice. Our family had all come together for a funeral earlier that day and it was also my aunt's birthday. We had big feelings, lots of food. Our server Martin was so lovely, accommodating, had a sense of humor, exactly what we needed. He managed all our orders without any mistakes and kept the service running efficiently without us ever feeling rushed. It was a hard day, but he made it a little brighter. Also the food was so good! I had a steak salad. And my negroni cocktail was nicely mixed.

Zuzanna Cendrowska: Overall, I rate the restaurant very good. However, the flavor of the pasta was not Italian enough and too American. The sauces are too sweet. The burrata is also too sweet. Delicious calamari. Carpaccio also very tasty. Huge portions. We were unable to eat two pasta dishes in 3 people. Nice service. The lady waitress tried very hard to help as we asked for only a fan because they were too cold for us.

Coffee Carl: Celebrating my wifeโs birthday with our daughter last night was amazing!We travelled to Edmonton for an over night birthday get away and found Bianco last minute, made a reservation, and boom! What an amazing experience.The service was friendly and consistent always making sure we had what we needed and not going without.The atmosphere was lively, well lit, energy was great, and we loved the decor/style.The kitchen was throwing down great food to everyone from where we were sitting everything looked outstanding. We had two appies, the calamari and burata were amazing! Great flavour and portion. For entrees we had the squid ink linguine and chicken/wild mushroom pasta dishes and oh my gawd haha sooo good!! Itโs been a while since we gave Italian cuisine a chance and this place has put it back on the map for us definitely.Please treat yourself and family or loved ones to a beautiful meal and night out, I assure you Bianco will not disappoint.

Akeem Brown: A bit overpriced, but tasty Rigatoni!
Jessica: We went here for our anniversary and I would highly recommend giving it a try. The prices are on the higher end but the food was flavourful, well portioned-sized, and freshly house-made. We got the Caesar salad, fettuccine Alfredo, and gelato. All beautifully made and can definitely taste how authentic and homemade the pasta and even gelato was. Allen was our server and he was phenomenal. We had someone with a nut allergy and he was very careful in ensuring everything was safe to eat.
Cory Jasper: Always a great visit. The food is always amazing. The wine list is very large. The menu has many options and almost everything on the menu comes in 3 different sizes. From single, two people to family style sizes. Perfect for sharing. They have an open kitchen theme, you can see right in and kinda watch your food cooked. Also they have coat check.and the most amazing, professional service team.
J D: Go. Seriously, go to this restaurant. Sit at the bar, watch the chefs cook your food and play with fire so big it would burn anyone else's eyebrows clean off. The staff is knowledgeable about each and every dish, friendly and welcoming, and make it a truly wonderful dining experience. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the perfect place for a special night out. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!
Maddog Tradesman: The meatballs are at the top and were very tasty, the pasta in a alberta beef bolognese was taste as well. The 2 prices on the pasta was for 1/2 that feeds 1-3 people and the and full order to feed 4-6 people. 3 of us did the half portion of pasta and a order of meatballs, and we were content when finished. The staff was knowledgeable of the menu and very pleasant, and professional.We will be back again.

All the food was so amazing that I forgot to take pictures. It was all flavourful, tasty, and well seasoned. Each of us had a different favorite dish but also enjoyed everything.My favorite was the Gnocchi with mushroom and cherry sauce, followed closely by the Bacon.The only drawback from the night was that nearby parking was pretty expensive but also not unexpected for the neighborhood.
Ivy L: I love going to Tzin whenever I'm in Edmonton. I hate Edmonton but Tzin is one of the only things that makes Edmonton bearable for me. I might be biased though because tapas are my favourite type of food.The food is definitely pricy for small portions, but that's generally how it goes for tapas. I think considering how delicious the food is, the price tag is fair. The Bacon is phenomenal. My husband doesn't generally like bacon, but at Tzin, he ate most of the dish that we were sharing. I also really enjoyed the sea salt and caramel steak. Wood smoked caramel drizzled on a medium rare steak is something I never pictured together before, but they really make it work!I was introduced to Tzin from the Downtown Dining Week event and I'm so glad I did. The servers are always attentive and it's such an intimate dining experience.

ginga_ninja_1_6: Marvin was fantastic, very friendly and bubbly. Great customer service goes a long way and I tip well because of it. Food was hot, fresh and fantastic. They had our wine that we have had trouble finding which was awesome. When we couldn't finish the bottle, Marvin sealed it in a drive safe bag so we could transport the rest home. 10/10 experience. Marvin needs a raise!! Keep people like him around because it will really help your business and people like this are hard to find. Thanks for a great lunch date experience with my girlfriend!

Mars: I cannot stress it enough. Uccellino is a MUST try in Edmonton.Every dish, appetizer and dessert is carefully made with intricate flavors.We had the waygu carpaccio, aranchini, sablefish and strip loin.Everything was delicious and bursting with flavor.The one and only complaint I had is our server brought an alcoholic beverage to my 5 years sober boyfriend :(We had made sure to stress no alcohol.When we asked her what was in it and told her it not only smelled of champagne but also tasted bitter she said it may be the pelligrino.A few minutes later she came back and apologized refusely. She said the alcohol and non alcohol buttons were side by side and she made a mistake. She replaced the drink and took it off the bill.That did taint our evening, but we understood that mistakes happen.That won't stop us from coming back again, we'll just be more careful with what virgin drinks we order.
