Justyna Reynolds: This was my family's first time having the experience of going I'm going through the process of getting a travel home. All the employees Dan Brittany were very well helpful. Kind, generous gave all the information that we needed and did not try to push on the higher quality stuff that was not needed. I would definitely highly recommend if you're looking for a home that you talk to. Dan, he was a great employee who helped us out as much as possible. Brittany in parts she was awesome. Told us what we needed and what we shouldn't get. She also gave my children some extra fun things for camping. When it came to doing our finances the finance people were awesome. Did not push on any extra packages that were necessary. If you wanted them. You can get them. If you didn't want them. You didn't have to get them. He wasn't pushy and saying get it get it. Get it get it. This was a very great experience for me and my family and I. Like I said I would definitely recommend going there if you are needing a travel home.
Tena Godin: Excellent experience in all ways. Rick was our salesman and answered a thousand questions with patience. We have dealt with all the departments and they are all super helpful.and friendly.The service staff, Amanda and Nicole, were excellent to deal with. Efficient and kept us up-to-date in what was happening with our warranty repairs and the extras we wanted added.Kevin was also very patient, explaining our inverter and solar panel system. They also wouldn't let us spend money on things they didn't think we would need. Appreciated their honesty.
Karen and Kevin Jessup: We purchased a Grand Design Fifthwheel from a dealer in New Brunswick. Because of this we were worried that we wouldn’t get the same service level as people that bought their unit at Woodys. We couldn’t have been more wrong. From the first time we went for warranty work we were made to feel important and very welcome. The service team is incredible. A huge shout out for Amanda and Nicole at the service desk. Their professionalism and good humour has made each visit a very nice experience. We would give them a 5/5 and recommend them highly.
Don Wettlaufer: Kudos to Woody's parts department! I needed to replace my TST TPMS display unit since the dog broke the one I had...yes that is the truth! While I was in Calgary, the Edmonton store ordered it for me to arrive the next day. By the time we got to the Glowing Embers campground, got set up and drove to Woody's, the new unit was there waiting for me!Thanks for the great service!!

Kyle Ames: Service manager and techs seem to actually care anout their customers and their jobs, what and how they offer it. Very different experience then from Woody's rv north. Although all or any of the rv co's are expensive, hourly rates really to high. You do get a sense after dealing with Carefree that you acheive getting value for your money. Tough to acheive but well done. I'll be back if and when things are needed.

Paul Burt: Had everything I needed for my 2008 Dutchman.This is my new RV parts store.
JL C: We were on our way to the Yukon from ON when our 3 way frig started giving us trouble on a Sunday. I called the service department and left a message. They returned our call on Monday. We were so impressed that on our return trip we stopped to get a cupboard hinge fixed and realigned. Victor looked after us and the repair was done plus he fixed the laminate without us asking. They fit us in and managed to complete the work within half a day on short notice! The Service Department is very accommodating. They really helped us out! They understand the urgency of customers needs traveling from outside of AB! MacKenzie at the Service Desk was very helpful and competent. Victor also recommended further steps once we get back home.
