I will admit we booked late but with our jobs we don't have much choice so we were quite frantic teying to get everything done. When the company they used to purchase tickets wasn't great we got quite upset. Now here's where this company shined. They took accountability for their supplier which isn't something a lot of companies do now a days. They did everything they could to rectify the situation and made sure we were taken care of, and then they offered credits to their travel store. This manager or owner is great at what he does and the staff pulled through and now we are finally ready to go on a Disney trip we so desperately needed these past few months. I would recommend anyone to use this company for your travel plans!

Ryan Truemner: I've been using Kris at Travel VIP for the past 3 years now when my family travels. This year we found a deal we thought was fair at a newer resort in Jamaica. After talking to him over the phone he explained he's had nothing but problems when people book with them over for various reasons. He recommended the Royalton White Sands, a resort he has stayed at recently that is in the same area we wanted , with friendlier staff, great food and a beautiful beach that we could get lounger chairs at 10am.Its always good yo use an agent for the best insight and we will always use Travel VIP.

Kristjan Bullock: My wife and I were uncertain about booking at an all inclusive, we had never stayed at one before because we like to be out with the locals when we vacation and were afraid of being stuck on a resort island. Melissa recommend us staying at her personal favorite the Royal Decameron in Bucerías and it was the perfect fit. Being so close to town we were able to walk in to town whenever we liked all while still having the all inclusive amenities, the best of both worlds. Melissa gave us many great recommendations for places to eat and activities to do and she checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well with the trip. We will definitely be booking with her again for our next trip to Mexico.

This intimate multi generational tour was one of the most memorable Easter’s I have ever had. Vince and his team did an amazing job of giving us big city and small town experiences that were both commercial and personal all at the same time. Ukraine is a diverse and culturally fascinating with a new surprise every day! The care that went into this trip were wonderful!2016 was a Ukrainian Dance group tour to Eastern Europe. Vince was able to put together a multi country, multi performance tour that was so enriching for the entire group. We were able to meet and share our interpretation of Ukrainian dance with other Ukrainian descendants in Serbia and participate in several other cultural festivals that made life time memories!! The group was expertly accompanied by Cobblestone on a multi county tour with ease and grace.I really can’t say enough about Vince and his Team’s professional and dedication to a tailored and curated experience!

Can’t forget the Donkey Sanctuary! Never once did we feel rushed. Everything was planned accordingly with flexibility to make some impromptu stops including dipping our feet in the Irish Sea. Vince even worked with us to arrange an unforgettable visit with distant family in Liscarrol.

I was a member of Troyanda Ukrainian Dance Ensemble from Selkirk, Manitoba. It was the most incredible tour that was personalized to us as performers, and as people. Donna McLean: Pick Croatia! This trip struck the perfect balance because it has a little bit of everything: city, nature, history, adventure, from the urban bustle and Central European feel of Zagreb to the beautiful Adriatic Coast. Ana Buca: 5 stars to Mira who assisted in booking our flight. Very thorough and accomodating. We were waiting for a response from a previous agent who somehow instructed us wrong. In times wherein flights get easily fully booked, we were very anxious waiting for 2 days on the next steps. But with one phone call with Mira, she fixed it right away and had our flight book within minutes. Thanks, Mira! 10 stars if I could!

Chloie Baragona Parker: Just bought tickets for Philippines for a family of 3. I didn't have time to look online and figure out best routes and prices so using them as a travel agent was the right thing to do. Then a few days later my husband decided to join for a few weeks and they were great in getting that extra ticket for us. They're a busy office so phoning wasn't always the easiest but they always called back if I left my number.
