Dance Ensemble: We used Alberta North Transport to take our Ukrainian dance group to Lloydminster for a competition. Dean was very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond when making the arrangements. Our driver Steve was very nice and got us to all of our destinations safe and sound. Very easy to deal with, we booked with them over phone and email since we do not live in Edmonton. They were punctual when responding to emails and getting prices. Also had lots of options for us to make it work with our budget and were very understanding and flexible for what we needed. Driver was fun and polite and very patient with our guests on the last run of the night after our wedding!
Cathy Losing: We booked their services for our out of town wedding on August 17, 2019. for our guests staying at a hotel in Leduc. My guests where picked up ontime from the hotel and brought to our reception site, the driver was on time when picking up our guests from the reception to take them back to hotel. The booking process was easy, and they worked with me when I had to change what type of transporation we needed for our guests. I highly encourage other people to book with them.
J M: Alberta North was great. We used their service for a rural wedding approximately 1 hour out of Edmonton. The price was great and they worked with us on many scheduling changes throughout the process.My only suggestion would be to provide the drivers with some form of GPS. We had a passenger give the driver the wrong directions resulting in a missed pickup prior to the wedding. But they made up for it with their patience while we herded our party guests to the bus on departure.Thanks AB North!

I will admit we booked late but with our jobs we don't have much choice so we were quite frantic teying to get everything done. When the company they used to purchase tickets wasn't great we got quite upset. Now here's where this company shined. They took accountability for their supplier which isn't something a lot of companies do now a days. They did everything they could to rectify the situation and made sure we were taken care of, and then they offered credits to their travel store. This manager or owner is great at what he does and the staff pulled through and now we are finally ready to go on a Disney trip we so desperately needed these past few months. I would recommend anyone to use this company for your travel plans!

Ana Buca: 5 stars to Mira who assisted in booking our flight. Very thorough and accomodating. We were waiting for a response from a previous agent who somehow instructed us wrong. In times wherein flights get easily fully booked, we were very anxious waiting for 2 days on the next steps. Then a few days later my husband decided to join for a few weeks and they were great in getting that extra ticket for us.
