After hearing that we have been waiting for more than a year to get an assessment and much needed support for my nephew, he promptly scheduled us in. He was diligent and efficient in providing us with the report in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond in providing his time, services, and the paperwork to help us secure the additional support that my nephew needed. This may seem a simple task but as many of you know its not. We went to see Dr. Clarke to have my son evaluated.Dr. Clarke was very easy to work with to setup an appointment that worked within my working schedule. The calls prior to the meeting were very detailed and I knew exactly what was expected of us and Dr Clarke had a clear understanding of our needs.Tyson doesn't connect well with anyone so for him to trust Dr Clarke, I knew he was a good person and within second proved he was a great Psychologist.The report that was written was very detailed. Dr Clarke took the time to review every page to ensure I knew what it said!Thank you for all your help
Jeremy: I was referred to Dr. Kelly for an ADHD screening and felt like I connected well with him. Though we did not meet in person he was very thorough, empathetic and made my concerns a priority. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to reach out if you believe that a screening would be of benefit.My only regret is that I wish I knew about this diagnosis sooner, as I would have performed way better in my academics and accomplished a lot more. The knowledge that I have the diagnosis is a game changer for me because I have always felt misunderstood and like there has been something holding me back. I now have a foundation for understanding my condition and how I can better adapt to my circumstances.
Sasha Chiles: Dr. Kelly Clarke is by far the best psychologist I have ever seen. In 2018, I had a psychoeducational assessment done after having difficulties in high school. The assessment was in-depth and helped me learn about my learning difficulties and how I can start working to improve them, as well as including accommodation recommendations for college to help me succeed. I was able to get an ADHD diagnosis and medication which led me to challenge my English 30 diploma and passed with an 83% after struggling to pass the first time around. Dr. Clarke also referred me to the Reading & Writing Consultants for an Irlen Syndrome assessment where I was able to get tinted glasses and overlays to help make reading easier for me. Now, four years later, Dr. Clarke has been extremely helpful with university accommodation documentation, helping me get everything I need to move forward with my education. This assessment was by far the most impactful thing I have ever done for my mental health and success in school. I'm so grateful that Dr. Clarke was able to help me overcome the barriers to furthering my education in post-secondary. I wouldn't have been able to succeed without his help. 12/10 recommend!

Mary Wilkie: I have been seeing Doctor Kelly Clark for the past ten years. The first time meeting Clark was when I was nineteen years of age at Center High. I recently graduated from high school and needed to get the re- asset. I was nervous, and he could tell. Clark started our conversation to make me feel more comfortable; no sooner after that, I couldn't stop talking! The Second encounter was approximately two years ago. Jenna Ramirez: Professional setting and service—the vibe is very calm and inviting. Connecting with a therapist is never guaranteed; however Beth is very approachable, understanding and real in her practice. If anyone is unsure if they will benefit from therapy, just try. I was skeptical, until I worked through some trauma and “came out the other side” because of the support and VERY sound expertise from Beth. She not only worked with me through my challenges, she ensured that I was aware of said progress, and provided me with REAL tools to use in my situation. If there were more stars, I would have rated her service higher.
Juhl Vautour: I think what I like most about Shift is how personable and understanding the psychologists are. You are a person, not just a diagnosis to be solved. They help you and your support network understand what and why your brain is doing whatever it is and create a safe place to build you back up. They are warm and caring. They don't get annoyed if you miss or need to reschedule an appointent and having the ability to have call in sessions is great for hectic days. The receptionists are so cool and efficient. If I need to reschedule, I'll usually get a confirmation email before I've hung up. I'm incredibly grateful for Shift and their up to date, normalizing take on psychology.
Kari Green: Very fun, youthful and inviting place. I did ask about sliding scale though a couple of times and it was never arranged. Still a very helpful experience though overall! Liked that they offered evening sessions.
