I was assisted by Tyson who helped determine which parts I needed and the most effective way to connect them - far fewer parts than my initial design called for. I got better advice from Tyson than I did from a journeyman plumber. Prices were favorable too! I have always had a good experience at Best. Also the showroom personal were quick to offer help in a non pressured manor.

Dennis Gane: I needed Axiom Ph replacement media. Basically the media reduces the Ph value of your water before going down the drain. Bad Ph values negatively impact good old cast iron plumbing. Axiom only sell to wholesalers and suggested I try the plumbing supplies. Unfortunately, Best Plumbing didn't have it. However their parts counter staff were very helpful in identifying close by suppliers who did. I really appreciated the help and will return for future orders of products they have and I need.

Ofolee Quaye: I had a blown motor on my furnace and replaced the motor. I then noticed the furnace worked but the motor seemed to be stuck on. Upon more investigation/research I found that the fan/limit switch was stuck closed on the fan side. I literally went to 7 stores in Edmonton that said they had the exact one with an 8"probe, but none did. Eventually I called the Wolsley HVAC call centre and they said this place had the last one. I didn't even know this location existed. I called to make sure they had it, then drove there. I could have kissed the gentleman that helped me, but didn't because I was being Covid safe lol. Anyway thanks to these guys I will get another few years out of my furnace, in which I can reasearch the most efficient and economical new furnace options for my house, and not be at the mercy of the HVAC salesmen posing as repair technicians. Long story short I was quoted a minimum of $1000 for a repair or $8000 for a new furnace. Repared it myself for $317 thanks to Wolseley. Thank you for having new old stock parts, and looking out for the people that fix things when they break.

By not having to pay the extra costs of having a repair person come this has allowed me to give several appliances a second chance.The staff have always been very friendly and professional. The showroom is always clean. Even during the covid outbreak the service was top notch. They are always the first ones I call.
George Murphy: These guys know their stuff. My bathroom Abreezo fan motor burned out. Abreezo is out of business and my Google search found no hits for a replacement or equivalent fan assembly or motor. I did not want to tear down the ceiling to instal a new housing to accommodate a fan from a different company. I went to Amre Supply on the advice of a friend. They immediately identified a Pro Spec fan by Intertek which fit into the Abreezo housing, problem solved.

Eric Gordon: Sunday morning, needed a couple of Propress fittings and everyone's closed. I phoned a friend and he suggest Andrew Sheret. He made a call and said that the Manager was actually at the shop and has the fittings. When I arrived this guy comes out and says come on in. I thought he was a plumber but it was this manager guy that was dressed in Carhart. He was quick with a joke about his clothing and says he's working in the back for there grand opening. Nice clean building with a lot of stuff. 100% coming back.

Dennis Gane: Looking for plumbing supplies read on. The entrance was a bit confusing for the first time visitor like me. Go through the gate and up the ramp and you will find the entrance to the parts counter. There were a number of customers, however, an equal number of counter staff. I was served right away. The person knew exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in 5 mins. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. A pleasant shopping experience.

I was about to give up and call a plumber when I came across Andrew Sheret and noticed they had great reviews. They were great to help me find the parts I needed, and very helpful. One worker gave me his personal phone number so I could text him pictures and they would know for sure they had the right part. They had everything I needed in stock, were open late on a Saturday and the pricing was amazing. I thought she made a mistake when she rang me up, haha.
