From start to finish, they made everything so easy and were so gentle and caring throughout the whole process. After picking my beloved pet rabbit up from Guardian in his scatterbox, I had the thought of how I would love to visit this place again, but how I also wouldn't at the same time because of the circumstances in which one would - it's just how calming and caring the environment truly felt, which I needed in that moment. They also left a heartfelt note written in a card, along with a keychain with my rabbits name on it, these touches just felt so over and above, so thoughtful. I have been haveing a really hard time i cry all the time. I thought i could here kizzys little feet walking behind me in the kitchen in the morning when i would feed her🐾😔❤ i have a prayer candle beside her picture i light it every mornings it stays lit all day❤ i miss her so much. I even called the vet and they talk me down made me feel a little better. Kristen All: We unfortunately had to make the difficult decision Christmas day to put our dog down on boxing day. I never contacted them directly for my dog to get cremated however the vet I use does and I was quoted a week or longer before I got her remains back. I was very pleasantly surprised when only 3 days later they had her cremation remains ready for pick up at the vet. Made a hard decision a little easier having her back so soon and before the new year. Would recommend them.
