They showed up Thursday which is great but they shipped me the wrong pair and won’t answer their phone.Not worth the almost $200 I paid for the pair of pants.Edit: they called me back to let me know they are overnighting me the pair I ordered and will send me a return label for the incorrect pair so they are getting 5 stars for how they’ve handled it. If I could afford 2 pairs of $200 pants I would just keep the indigo ones.

When I bought them I thought I liked the fit but soon realized I was not the biggest fan. Arturo changed the fit and now i've been enjoying wearing a pair of long neglected jeans. Highly recommend.

Overall just a wonderful experience all thanks to Sasha and David. I can't stress enough how much of a positive impact they had in our day today. They spent less time and probably the same amount of energy with us as the other retailer, except their attitude and actions made for a completely different and much better experience.

I had a great time all thanks to Hajarah, Kane and Taylor. The conversation with Taylor was great he goes an extra mile to help which is something I don't see happening at other stores like H&M or Zara. These guys helped me get exactly what I was looking for and helped me plan a complete outfit for a Party. I wish I could get a similar experience like this one at other stores too.

I’ve found many pairs of jeans for under $40 and many jackets and shirts too. Staff are friendly and genuine - sometimes you need to seek them out but I prefer this to an invasive sales approach.

So, I decided to opt going to a physical store or outlet for returns and exchange after my working hours and went into this Levi’s Outlet located in South Common because this is nearby.I was having trouble looking for the outlet , google said it’s 40meters but I could not find it physically! I have been driving in circles for minutes until I literally flagged passerby’s and asked them where it is physically located. Never underestimate old school tactics, found it!The outlet was clean and the staffs were very accommodating and professional, even if they were very busy at the time of day that their fitting room was full!Especial mention to Sasha and Emily who makes my coming to this outlet as easy as possible and makes all that trouble worth my while. Thank you ladies for doing such a good job!

Maria Yamniuk: I got a patch customized onto a jean jacket here and all I can say is I am amazed at how much care and detail the tailors put into it. I am big into music that everything I own needs to have music notes on it. However, a lot of the music stuff that I buy gets all the music details wrong as they’re more so going for design than accuracy. Being a musician, it made me mad at times that they just couldn’t put the music notes going the right way which is why I decided to get a music patch customized here. The tailors are willing to work within a budget if needed. However, I decided not to give a budget as if I’m getting something customized, I want it to look as good as it can be. I am extremely happy I chose against a budget as the finished result is definitely worth the price that I paid. Jason, who did majority of the intake was extremely helpful. I am an indecisive person and he just made choosing the colours and the whole process so easy and smooth. Blake who finished the intake and did the embroidering onto the jacket was also extremely helpful. He reviewed everything that I did in that initial intake with Jason and made sure that I still agreed with all the colours I chose and where to place them. He told me that they will send an email with the art work that I chose with a few artistic changes to make sure that I still agreed with everything that I wanted and that I give them the go ahead to embroider it. There are not enough words to describe the care and dedication the tailors put into knowing who you are as a person and the detail of the work they are putting into the project. With being in school and working, my time window to go in and discuss the details was very limited. They made sure I had enough time between getting there and starting work to complete it and not feel rushed as that is the last thing they want. They definitely make the experience very personable and an enjoyable one. Shoutout also to the employees there that helped me with learning how to care for the jacket. I picked up my jacket and I forgot to ask the tailors how to care for it as I’ve never had embroidery on a jean jacket before. When I walked back in the next day and asked the employees, they told me exactly how to care for it and were very knowledgeable. Despite it being 30 degrees out, I am having a rough time not wearing this jacket as I love it too much!! If you want something customized on denim, 10/10 would definitely recommend going to this place!!

When I actually went to meet with the tailor, Jason, they made me feel so comfortable! Very knowledgable, easy to talk to, and gave great advice on what to do with my jeans as I've never had anything professionally tailored before and was kind of out of my element. I bought my jeans at a vintage store and Jason went through telling me what parts of my jeans might hint at them being authentic vintage which was super cool to learn. They were ready right on time and are my absolute favourite pair of pants now! I've gotten multiple comments on the fit of them, friends can't believe these are the same jeans I was cuffing 6 times and sinching with a belt.When I initially brought my jeans in for the pinning I pointed out, in passing, that the label on the back of the waist band was a little bit folded from having to wear a belt to keep them up. It was a very quick comment but when I got them back Jason had smoothed out the label for me and removed the black marks from my belts! It looks brand new! It's a small detail, but I noticed and that just goes to show the attention to detail this individual puts in.Could not be happier, I've never had pants that fit properly, I will be coming back to this store for all my jeans and for the very sweet tailor Jason. Thanks again!

Jaisel is a very consistent shop with forward style, great customer service and a nice selection of vibrant men's clothing of which fit properly. Jaisel has come through multiple times that I've been in a last minute jam to find something specific and new for an event. Good pricing for quality clothing. Nice experiences so I will keep coming back.
