After they filled up all forms, they invited me to review the declaration. I have some concerns and they were able to clarify those. Eventually the visa got accpeted. I have overall very positive experience with them. However, they could do a little better in communicating about what they are planning to write in the letter. Considering overall experience, this can be ignored as you are going to read and sign what they are writing in the response letter.
