My final total was probably less than 1% of a commercial client but that had no impact on them treating me like a AAA client. One of the items I purchased had a small defect. They didn't have replacements in stock, but more on the way. When they received stock, I got a call right away telling me they reserved the most pristine piece for me. No hassle exchange. This will be my first stop for all my kitchen needs from now on.

Everything in there is built for professional use, so while not the most elegant it is built to last and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Pans, knives, cutting boards, pots, bowls and containers as far as the eye can see.

Kerri Bauer: I absolutely love this unique shop! It always has a variety of transfer sheets available and what she doesn’t have she orders and has them for you within 2 weeks unlike other large suppliers that take up to 8-12 weeks. I love the fact that I can arrange a specific time to meet the owner at the shop and have my own personal shopping time. The best thing about her shop is that she has the experience with the products she sells because she uses them! She can tell you if a certain product will work for what you intend to use it for! Lovely lovely owner!

The Shop The Shop: I have become a regular here. Great service. I am always greeted with a great cup of coffee. I started by getting my machine serviced here, bought a machine just before Christmas and brought my son to buy a machine for his home. Everyone is great to deal with. But the thing I notice most is they aren’t just selling me a product or a service. They are passionate about what they sell and service. I stop in now just so I can have a coffee and say hi.

Brought it in and was served a delicious cappuccino and then they showed me how to properly clean and maintain my machine upon pick up. I will come back here whenever my machine needs a service.

Bernadine: Dec 22, 2021- I stopped in today for some espresso beans and coffee syrups. I have a high end home espresso machine I took here years ago for service and I received the best Service. They fixed my machine. Told me all about it and how to care for it. This is the best place to get espresso beans. These beans are slow roasted and make great espresso. They let me know these are the type of beans you want bc they aren't oily and wont clog your machine. The beans come from Northern Italy. Also, the selection of syrups is amazing. Ive been searching online and in the City for a good syrup selection and I found it here. These are Premium quality and they seemed to have every letter of the Alphabet covered for flavours. Everything is reasonably priced and Ill be coming back more often!

M N: . Not only was my machine restored to excellent working order, we were also able to fix the rather clumsy repair work of the other company. They had somehow rubbed off some of the insulation from a couple of wires, causing my machine to short out. Bilotta Food Equipment is the ONLY place that I will entrust my machine for future servicing.
