Gina Billey: broke off at the gum line. Dr. Kucey ended up putting a post on the root and put a beautiful crown there.Another BIG molar broke off and the roots had to be taken out in pieces. Within these 2 years....the Mexican crowns have already wore through to the metal. They ALL need to be replaced and redone. I want to stress the importance of choosing the right dentist.....I am too young for dentures and I thought Mexico was the cheapest best solution.....it was NOT! I wish I would have consulted Dr.Kucey before I went.Another issue of mine is terror towards dentists.....I have been sedated for dental work for years. Dr.Kucey offers several types of sedation.....yesterday I went to Dr.Kucey to get 5 permanent crowns put in and I didn’t have to have any sedation....this is a miracle in itself. He is kind, patient, and takes the time to explain everything to me.Anyone who says he’s too costly is not thinking about the big picture.....just remember you get what u pay for. He is educated up the wazoo....and I TRUST him....and believe me I’m the most skeptical dental patient ever!Through All this I have been seeing both Dr.kuceys for about 5 years.The quality of my dental work done there is second to none.I have a top front tooth implant....front tooth crown....5 new crowns and crown lengthening surgery. The kindness and care I receive there is phenomenal. I still have more to go to fix the Mexico disaster but Dr.Kucey is walking me through step by step to get my teeth healthy again. It’s a lengthy process and I am very happy to have the Kuceys looking after me.I would recommend Kucey Dental Group to anyone and everyone that desires to have that brilliant beautiful smile restored!!!Thank u to Lila and Celleen and Ellie and Priscilla. Danish Dar: Didn't get a chance to go to the clinic but when talking to them over the phone they were incredibly nice and informative. She took the time to explain all the details and was very considerate of price and insurance matters. She even took the time to explain alternatives and the details of the procedure, it was like getting a one-on-one consultation with a periodontist over the phone. Just by the hospitality, I could tell they care a lot about their patients and not just their money. Would definitely recommend.

But I need to single out Colleen, the coordinator. She's knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She's an absolute asset to Princess Elizabeth Dental.

Replacing a front tooth and making it look natural is no short or easy task but the team here absolutely nailed it. Custom shaping and shading was provided. The team was very accommodating with my schedule as the cosmetic part often takes several visits. Dr Ali did most of the work and Dr Holden helped out to make sure I was able to have my final crown before I went away. Both Dentists are amazing at what they do. If you are having implant work done anywhere else you are not getting the best available in the city.

k p: I couldn't believe how hard it was to find a dentist to even give me 10minutes of their time or take me on as a patient because I didn't get my dental implants through them. It was actually an emergency and I was at my wits end after calling over 15 dental clinics. Finally I found Dr. Straga who was compassionate to answer all of my questions and reassure me that the procedure was simple. Meanwhile, other dentists were telling me it was out of their scope. Dr. Straga told me it would be a piece of cake. It honestly was, procedure was under 1 hour. He used the torque removal technique as opposed to cutting the bone away around the implant. This preserved a lot of bone. Bonnie and Bev at the front desk are pleasant, professional and courteous. Highly recommend this clinic. Take it from me, for work like this, skip the dentist and go to a specialist like Dr. Straga.

Mark McCormack: Great experience. I asked questions about holistic healing and spoke about "Root Cause" and other alternative narratives to dentistry and was welcome with open arms. There aren't as many options as I would like around the city but here I was taken seriously and appreciated the answers and discussion. It would be great if there were natural remedies to heal teeth but short of this Roots On Whyte Dental is a place that makes you feel comfortable to ask such questions thoroughly.

They were very flexible with scheduling and managed to get me in sooner for an emergency as well as arrange appointments at the same time as other members of my family. This was very convenient. Dr. Ruby repaired several of my teeth in one visit. She was very gentle and did a great job. After that I had to have a tooth extraction with Dr. Yoo and he was amazing as well as his assistant Trina. My experience was much better than expected. I didn't experience any pain after the surgery and I healed well. This was very different from past experiences with other doctors. I also had a cleaning with Tammy. She was so wonderful, patient and careful and I appreciated the experience. Highly recommended!

Arsh made getting the x-rays efficient and simple. He also did a great job explaining the x-ray technology when I had questions.Hasiba and Tammy are excellent hygienists and I didn't feel any discomfort or pain at all. They did an excellent job. I also enjoyed speaking with them.Dr. Ruby did my checkup and it was great to meet her and hear what she had to say. I am grateful for her knowledge and care.All in all 100% for this place from me. Zero complaints. Stellar team here! I don't see any reason to go anywhere else.

He was able to work wonders on my youngest son who was previously traumatized by a local pediatric dentist who pinned him down and proceeded to work on him when he was crying in pain. After looking on Facebook parenting groups for referrals we found Dr. Clark is so gentle and kind and was able to ease my sons fears and repair the damage that was done, he even put the required fillings in for my young son with no freezing! Now my son loves going to the dentist. We just have to convince Dr. Clark not to retire for a couple for years😉
