Stephanie Macdonald: If you LOVE cheese then Paddy’s is the place to go. We usually go in around Christmas time to stock up on our cheese for our cheese platters but, I have gone in other times when I am looking for a cheese that I can’t find anywhere. The best part about Paddy’s is if you are having a wine and cheese night you can grab your wine and bring it with you and they will help you pair it with your cheese. I have done this several times in the past and have never been disappointed with the choices they have recommended to me. I should also mention that they do not carry the same cheese all the time so just know that if you find a cheese that you love and you want more call ahead and see if they still have it in stock as they like to rotate cheese to get more variety in for their customers.

Cameron Ford: Had a wonderful lunch date with my girlfriend here! Inside is a nice, cozy eating area, and there is a patio out front as well. The staff were friendly and the service was just great. We had the cheeseboard, with 4 cheeses, and I had a mocha. The mocha was really great, and the cheeseboard was surprising filling, and very tasty. I would recommend the Manchego and Beemster XO cheeses!Vegetarian options: Cheese! Sandwiches! Only a few options, but there is a huge selection of cheeses.Parking: There is a mostly empty, small parking lot to the side of the building! We came while the street was closed for an event, so you may find there might not be available parking.

They have a wine preservation system to keep the open bottles fresh, which spares any disappointment at being served a glass of stale wine. No, this place is serious in what they do. The salami was melt.in.mouth. Cheese choices were happily left up to the monger and we ended up doing a tour of Québec. I have had some negative experiences with truffle oil and so was hesitant to try the truffle popcorn but it was prepared with other seasonings and a restrained amount of truffle oil. Really good! Even walked out with a box of crackers and some chocolates. Superb!

I'm the one you're looking for: Amazing food from the preserves to the meats and now they're adding more cheeses! Artisan and craft alcohol and bubbly non alcoholic stuff. They make delicious sandwiches too. Super friendly bunch and I can't help myself when I'm there I drop too much $$$ because it's all so delicious.

My go to is the original one in Little Italy; Late in the evening just before closing at 9 pm at the Westgate Mall, we stopped over at the Italian Center after many years and it was brilliant visit with staff, Bogland informing us of how much he enjoys working at this Italian Centre. Vegetarian pizza Cheese cake and latte were prepared to taste and exceptional value for money in the inflationary times and encouraged to return again if in the west end #YEG
Abdilfatah: Been coming here for years, all their locations are great but I especially like westside. You can't go wrong from the deli, to the bakery, coffee, deserts, the pizza, to the pasta and products on the shelf. They are quite generous with the samples. The staff is nice and helpful. You can lose hours in here ,looking at all they have to offer. The service is pretty quick even when they are busy. They have plenty great non Italian items as well. The prices are reasonable too. Great quality.

Jason Lauder: A unique German European grocery that has excellent fresh meat, sausages, as well as European and eastern European cured meats and cheeses. I particularly like their cold, smoked salmon and bratwurst sausages. You can also find some local Artisanal products. Their pickle aisle is the biggest I’ve ever seen. And yeah, German butter cheese is the best. I could not leave without getting some every time I go.

Len Gransch: Great place for in house made sausage and deli treats. I especially love their bacon. They also carry the beets and horseradish if you are looking for this hard to find item. They also have a good variety of cheeses and smoked mackerel. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
