Rainbow Valley Campground: what do users think?

Karen Hach: Beautiful! Centrally located with an aerial park for the adventurous types!

Kate m: First time here and I'm blown away. Incredible staff and activities. Are allowed to park your trailer after check out to go to west ed and come back for it. Very dog friendly enviroment. Can't wait to come back here. Also, only 15 min from west ed.

Kelly James: Excellent service and a clean and green Campground. I made a mistake with the reservation dates, and they helped me fix it with no additional charge.

Craig Dawkins: Great spot to camp - hike / bike the ravine

john Dela Cruz: this beautiful campground was so relaxing. my kids had a goodtime to play in their playground. restrooms are clean and the campground was so quiet. weve been to a lots of campgrounds outside the city thats why u decided to give it try what do we have in our city. the first thing that i found out is no long time driving and niot too crowded campground. added to my bucket list every year. and most specially to all the staff. from booking to rebooking up to personal. never been talked or deal with any rude staff. they are so easy to deal with and so helpful. 5 stars X 10 want to give you guys. keep up the goodwork...-john dela cruz

Tim Anderson: For being in the middle of the city, it's hard to believe such a beautiful and quiet campground is so close to everythingRestrooms: Small restroom/shower building has finished being updated.

Colleen Ewen: Great staff, helpful and accommodating

Stuart Ritchie: Took a lovely walk from the camp ground to Fox drive Lush woods after all the rain Path was dry and ferm Target golf is open and now there is an outdoor food truck of sorts.Fully open come July1 Taco Tuesday ....can't wait

Sara's Fashion: Its very beautiful 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Claude Rémillard: Great campsite right in the city center

Ingrid Carleton: A great campground within the city limits. It is well maintained and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Close to some gorgeous walking trails.

Shakers Acres RV Park Year-Round Camping: what do users think?

Tim Kurucz: The new owners are extremely helpful and kind and pleasant to deal with

Jeremy Brochu: This place went under new ownership recently and all the “concentration camp” comments with the photos of those crazy absurd rules are from the previous owners who were extremely strict white people. The new owners use the same pamphlets from previous owners but I can assure you half of those rules no longer apply. Me and my neighbours have fires before 7pm. On the weekends people are out drinking by their fires till 1am-3am.I feel bad for the new owners as they are actually really cool Indian guys who are very easy going and are not as NEARLY AS CLOSE to strict as all these reviews state. The old owners wouldn’t let you stay here if your trailer was older than FIVE years old. New owners are way more relaxed.. I stay here in my 1994 Golden Falcon no issues what so ever.

Jim Reed: Friendly staff.

Flossy Scharf: I live here year round I love the location close to everything owners are very nice and polite

Julie CONNORS: As a visitor I need to check in and it was a great experience. The guy who helped me out was friendly and was able to direct me where I needed no problem. You are given a map of the site, even though it isn't that big. Clean sites and something you wouldn't expect in the city.

Andreas Auger: Stayed here most of the summer and fall of 2022 the owner Rick is a pretty helpful and knowledgeable guy about rvs, quiet and close to Edmonton. Most of the lower star reviews seem to come from the babies that need full hookups and 5 star service to enjoy themselves camping. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced, quiet campground with amenities, this is your place. Stayed here almost 2 months off and on and would definitely recommend.

Wayne Fournier: I lived there for 4years and it was the worst 4 years I had a Crack head living behind me and 3 other guys I will just call the three stooges and they let some strange people stay there

Sandi Funk: In terms of a city rv park this is quiet, close to west ed mall, have full hook ups with grassy sites. It's not fancy but it was easy to book and served our needs well.

Dirk Klein: Best time ever . i spent a few months here while working locally its a nice back to basics camp ground that's quiet at night .what more could you ask for .

Janine Penney: Took the kids to jurassic forest and stopped in for a picnic with the kids. Everyone was very friendly qnd the camp areas and bathrooms were very well kept.

Bobby Cartwright: Great place cheapest in the area good owners

Steven Baryluk: We stayed here for a couple nights and had an enjoyable time. Basic camping without serviced sites. The most attractive part was all the animals for the kids to see and interact with, the tractors/farm equipment they can see and sit on, and the Jurassic Forest park basically across the road. I would stay here again.

Jennifer Weber: Awesome place to stay, the kids loved the ponies, and the owner and caretaker were excellent. I would definitely recommend camping here if your looking for a quiet place to get out of the city.

Lisa O: What a beautiful place to be! Very welcoming and calming place! Can't wait to go back.

Xiande Lai: I love Edmonton Urbar, it is my spiritual pillar, my sustenance, my hope! I wouldn't be able to stay in Canada without this farm!A small seed can make a huge contribution to human beings! So I thought that human beings should bring peace to the global village! No war! Learn together! Live together!

R2M3: 🙏🏼 👌🏼

Jackie Kang: Big farm, it's like a community garden, most plants are similar crops, beans, tomatoes, kales. Good place to take your kids for a visit

Maurice Brochu: good

Ed & Pat Lefebvre: We love Bean Sprouts and these are the best and also grown in EdmontonWe know all about compitition and sales we had a manufacturing business for twenty years and were forced to close due to China compitition we did retire and did fine but it is nice to see local manufacturing and I Believe we have come full circle from losing alot from china good luck and continue to prosper

Dean Fitterer: Took my class to this facility. Not at all what I expected...it was better. I knew my students and asked the questions before going to ensure that the facility supported my students. The staff were very knowledgable not only about the type of farming done on the site, but also with the history of the site and the people who plant there. The students had a great time. Look forward to Covid disappearing so my students can reap the benefits of farming within the urban setting.

Rayna Nawrocki: What another great little gem in the heart of this wonderful city! Kids and I went on a field trip this fall and had a blast! So much to do, lots of hands on and nitty gritty learning. Staff was amazing with the kids, super knowledgable and friendly. Different stuff to do with the changing seasons as well which I thought was neat.So much fun!

Half Moon Lake Resort: what do users think?

Angela: A nice place for family camping. There are plenty of activities for kids. Private heated swimming pool. They had a food truck that Saturday. So, I'm not sure if they have it every weekend. First time but we enjoyed it. Washrooms and showers were just nearby and clean. Half an hour away from Edmonton, why not? A quick getaway for a weekend.

Tracy Cunningham (Trauma): I had no idea that Half Moon Lake was so close to travel too! It's a great site for camping, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and spending time laughing with people you love!Highly recommend!

Yvonne: I can't give 5 stars yet since I haven't stayed there yet, I am, however going to be there for a weekend soon. My sister and I went there to look around, they normally don't let you do that but we're glad they did.Hotel highlights Great view, Kid-friendly …

Elk Island Retreat: what do users think?

Shawn Mccann: Me and my family rented a Yurt for the weekend. The yurt was very clean and well looked after and beautiful. The outdoor cook area was fantastic as well it had a bbq and a counter for meal prep and a wash basin and picnic table. I loved looking at the stars at night through the sky light in the yurt. And the walking trails were nice and well maintained. The amenities on sight were clean and upkept and there is lots of area for games from horse shoes to volleyball.

Karla Rice: , and even the coffee mugs were cute 😂 . We brought our own comfy chairs for the fire pit which I would recommend but they did have some if needed. I was glad we brought a few water bottles simply because it was more convenient than going to get drinking water.

Priscila Alvarado: Wake up in the forest surrounded by natural beauty in a comfortable luxurious dome, decorated with beautiful pieces and everything you need for a tranquil glamping experience. This gem is family operated and is a must try for a romantic or even a family getaway. We stayed in their DARK SKY dome that comes with its own firepit and covered BBQ/prep area, and our adult kids stayed in one of their cabins, PATTYS PORCH, just a short walk from us. Giving us some romantic privacy with also being able to enjoy some family time. The staff is very friendly and focused on your stay being a pleasant experience in nature. You feel like you are a million miles away, but the drive is less than an hour away from Edmonton, a quick, easy trip to recharge, and be one with nature.

LivingTree. creative: So amazing! What an experience

Brendan Brown: . It’s also about 5 minutes drive away from the East gate of the Elk Island National Park as well.We loved staying at their geodomes and are definitely coming back next year.

Tracy Kyle: The wine that accompanied the board was perfectly paired. Shweta even brought us an apertif from Italy to induce our hunger, and gave us a gift of a homemade bowl. The story she told us about supporting the children making these bowls was unbelievable, so much kindness exuded from our host!Thank you to Elk Island Retreat for hosting us for our first anniversary celebration. We will be telling our friends and family about this getaway spot and will be coming back ourselves for sure. There is also an amazing new event space available if you are looking for a very classy and peaceful outdoor venue.

Katrina St. Pierre: Loved our stay in the Dark Sky Geodome! Very clean, super cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. It was on the edge of the campground, so a very quiet location. This Geodome faces a scenic forested area. Close to Elk Island Park for an easy day trip in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Justine Ma: We enjoyed a magical evening with Ignissimo! It was an intimate outdoor dining experience, with welcoming chef Pawel. The food was delicious, the company was fantastic, the elements were stunning! Would definitely recommend!!

Shelley Robinson: Very cute cabin! We stayed in patty’s porch and I’m obsessed with that bamboo grass light fixture.Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff especially Kobi the protector.

Sheena Maria-lyne: we do wish there was a store closer to the location for anything we forgot. Wasn’t really much for the kids to do. Such as a playground. But we are still happy with our stay.

Glowing Embers RV Park and Travel Centre: what do users think?

Kevin Gerbrandt: Great sites for Larger RV”S

Tegan Mckay: Very clean shower stalls..will be going back during our visit here in Edmonton

Linda Tremblay: Small plot, electrical box near us. No atmosphere. But not expensive.

Jeff zhang: This campsite is awesome, comparing this campground to the other campgrounds this campground is very spacious which provides more privacy for you and your family. This campground is also very beautiful and they also have great wifi and a laundry room. I really suggest this campground if you are passing by here.

Brayden Fyon: No fire pits, so I wonder why its named glowing embers. Odd name for a campground in a province that has a tendency to light itself on fire. In the industrial district, lots of warehouses. Spruce Grove is close for groceries. West Edmonton Mall is easy to get to. Lots of seasonal campers. Must pay for showers. Clean bathrooms. 18+ gym. Live Hens. Massive chessboard, life size. Pond with fountain.

Desy Bro1: Nice people, community areas are a little weird but the Feild and park are good for kids. Why they turned their mini dog park into a pond that isn't for use is beyond me, but the leaisure items around it are cool. Arcade is a little expensive and the showers are breif, but the owners are nice and the people are friendly. There is a large group of kids and they're all very funny; my younger siblings have had no issues making friends here.

Andy Fyon: Glowing Embers Travel Centre and RV Park: Stayed 2 nights in early August 2023 This is a large RV park. The sites range from no services to water, electric and sewer. The sites are flat and range in size. The washrooms were clean. Showers were good. The grounds are well kept. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Price is competitive. Wifi is available at no additional cost. We selected this RV park because of proximity to the West Edmonton Mall. There is an RV repair shop located on-site.

Phil C: Great camping, lots of place to move around with the rv and with the kids. There is a small playground for the kids.

Joey Girard: Lived here afew times great place great owners
