Stef Tirsch: Needed a tonneau cover and was helped by Brent as soon as we walked in the door. Very knowledgeable and helpful, showed us different options and prices for covers and was not pushy for us to buy. We decided to though, was a great experience and went home to install the cover. After install I noticed some issues with it and called Brent back to discuss, and brought the truck and cover in to show what the issues were. Without hesitation Brent offered to rectify the issue and provided a new cover and install. Was great to experience the awesome customer service, would recommend anyone to go here.

Steven Walinga: For starters I hired them to put a trailer hitch on that had 10000 lbs towing compacity. I also wanted an electric brake installed on my truck so that I could haul a trailer with electric brakes. I did have issues with the electric brake system. It was not their fault. They fixed it free of charge and now they are working properly. I would give 6 stars if I could because these guys went way above the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied.

Dean Edmonton: Had them repaint my 20 year old Range Rider canopy a couple of years ago, and install a side window the opens for loading on the passenger side, to match the one that opens on the driver side. Work was excellent and very fairly priced. They also replaced a couple of broken handles for basically the price of the part. Great guys to deal with and this is one Canopy West location that clearly takes pride in their workmanship and top notch customer service.Now I have popped the front window out of the canopy and bent the window frame. Back we go so they can fix that.

stacerello: I've been going door to door and calling all the off-road shops trying to find an accessory for a particular vehicle. This was the only place that gave a clear and concise answer for me, and shed some light on my situation. Big ups to Heidi for her "can-do" attitude and positive energy! A welcomed change from the majority of the other shops that almost roll their eyes when they see a woman walk through their doors!

Evan: They managed to mount a discountinued grille rack on my new truck that had been on my trade in prior to that. Had a mixup with a faulty lock and they had no issue giving a prompt refund.
Krista King: Great prices on parts and services. Got fender flares, mud flaps and a levelling kit installed. Would especially recommend if you wanted to get fender flares painted - they did for almost half the cost of other shops and it’s is still holding up four years later.

Drake: Picked up some led light bulbs from them for my car, and the high beams didn’t end up working on one of them. But Chris was fast to compensate me with new bulbs that worked perfectly. Appreciate the service.
Danny 780: I was doing some business at one of Buzz’s neighbours when I tore a hole in my tire coming around the building. By the time I was behind Buzz I was flat but Dayton came to the rescue. In just a few minutes he had my truck jacked up and the tire swapped with my spare. There couldn’t have been a more fortunate way to resolve a sudden and unexpected impediment like that.Hats off to Dayton and the other guys in the shop at Buzz Box Liners, and hats off to Buzz for hiring good people! I’ve never wanted to accessorize my truck more.

nick hardenne: Awesome group of people got a custom box liner installed that was cut down, for a topper. They even booed off the bulkhead so nothing will fall in between the box and liner. Price was reasonable installed in about 2-3 hours. Lounge is acceptable to wait for service. Ordered some seat covers and new headlights. Will return for the next work truck or personal vehicle.
