One of the employees was walking by and asked if I needed assistance and spent a couple minutes making sure it was right. He was so professional tried everything to make me happy. Ryan was my installer and he was amazing as well, they understood everything I wanted and when I left there, I decided that I would most certainly return for any things my truck needs in the future. Blerg Blergus: Napa being open on Sundays saved me today. I need my car for a road trip next Friday but last Friday my brake wear indicator started scraping. Sunday is the only convenient day I could work on my car and napa happened to have drilled rotors and pads for my car which pretty much no other stores have in stock.I've only been to napa stores a few times but the service has always been great.

Warren Whalen: These guys go above and beyond for their customers. I deal with Jordan but they're all great. I used to deal with the other guys Bumperr to Bumper and NAPA but I was over paying for the same product. And you can get options. They can sell you low, medium and high quality products and their prices are lower then the big guys. It's a family run business and Justin works with his dad so I know these guys will be around a lot longer then I will be.

At one point a rear door needed replacing due to rust, within a week I had a new door colour matched, installed and ready to go! The other time I needed the engine replaced, the customer service was great! They took the time to make sure I got what I wanted/needed for a price I could afford! Again the job was completed in a timely manner and no issues to follow! Will go back if another issue occurs with a future vehicle!

Taylor Utley: My family started taking vehicles to Cooper Bros many years ago, since then both myself and husband have also continued to bring our vehicles in despite living far north Edmonton. The service is always outstanding, they always find ways to save you a little money where they can and are always very straightforward and honest about what your vehicle needs. They were able to take a look at my vehicle last minute after he stalled out on me and had it up and running the next day. Debby Waldman: Every time I go to Cooper Brothers, they call if they find something major to explain and ask what to do. They tell me if they think something should be repaired right away or if I can wait. They have not failed me in more than 15 years and the negative behavior I've seen described here does not ring familiar to me at all.I don't believe any of these people who claim Cooper Brothers is dishonest or tries to rip people off. Neighbours Tree Company Ltd.: Went in with a broken starter from a pretty obscure peice of equipment and the staff at Cooper bros recognized it as soon as I put it on the counter then walked to the back and fetched a replacement for it without even having to look at the part number on my starter.Compare that to the hours I'd spent previously going to other parts stores waiting for someone to try to cross reference and match my starter - failing to find one or telling me they'd never heard of the engine it was from.Tried ordering it online, apparently had a match, but when it arrived it didn't work.For me its Cooper Brothers all the way for starters from now on.Very reasonable prices too!
