The company didn't do anything wrong, I had just requested real time pictures to post a review and it was all lost in translation. I asked for this because when I first called BasketBelle, I dealt with a very kind human being, not sure who that was. Things went somewhat downhill after I placed the order, due to the request of a picture. However, Cameo did everything she could to make things right, which is why I am giving this review a 5/5. I chose to go with this company due to reviews and the fact they were an Alberta based business with great prices. Their prices to deliver to Edmonton are a lot better than Edmonton owned gift basket companies. I attached pictures of what my recipient received and they loved their gift!
